I know I don't...looks like jetsfan115 and I are the only ones...
PS - I know a ton of guys are going to make posts about how they were Nugent supporters this...and don't forget about me...I was always on Nugent's side....blah blah blah....can't wait to see those...

I don't...he may have won his name back with me but he still hasn't proven he's worthy of a 2nd round pick.

No kicker is worth a second round pick...but Nugent didn't draft himself...and he is more than worthy of being our kicker! I believe he broke a club record for consecutive kicks did he not?

I take pride in supporting people during their high and low times...not just when they're doing good!

Idk if I was a Nugent supporter, but I was not against him, only like once did I say something bad, and I think it was because we lost and I was pissed. But I was always for him, wasnt a fan at all for him being taken 2nd round, but I also wanted to keep the 1st round and take Heath Miller with it. But I was happy when we did get Justin Miller. I also was one to say that I thought Nugent would be the next Adam Vinatari. Compareing his stats with him, I argued with people about him not being shit because rookie kickers do do bad. So I would say I was kinda of a supporter, just not high on were he was taken, but still liked him as a player and person. I got his autograph and he is a pretty cool guy.

Everyone is talking about field goals. How about on the f***ing kick-offs, He could'nt even reach the 10 yard line. mostly the 15 and 20 yard line , it was absolutely insane in the Pats game. I thought I was going to have a flippin coronary right there in the living room. My last words were almost " get the dog some water".

nug is better than brien. brien has an 80% carreer average. nug has an 83% career average. last year nug made 88% and brien didn't even play.

That was in the summer. Nice weather and a soft football. This is November swirling winds, dry cold air the kid just doesn't have it.

I don't think anyone is saying he's good or worth it. I mean O.K you can't kick long thats fine but what the missed P.A.T's? the 20 and 30 yarders?

C'mon... this guy is crap. I would EXPECT him gone as early as our offseason begins

Yeah, but I can't remember one Return TD against us or even signifcant yardage. There are some BIG legs out there, but if he's hittin the field goals he stays. Kicking is all about confidence, and he's starting to develop it.

he still can't send a kickoff deep enough to shut me up. I never wanted him cut, and I'm pleased with his progression and consistency on field goal kicks... but the dude needs to do some pilates or some shit to strengthen up that lower body.
