going back to the eagles saints game at the end when it was 3rd down at the end of the game and garcia threw a pass for a 1st but they called it back for a false start. Why wouldnt it be 3rd and 15 instead of 4th and 15. I thought you have to replay the down.

it was 4th and 10 when they went for it. And they got in but the false start made them replay it and they lost 5 yards making it 4 and 15
