Dont get me wrong, but i have heard rumors of chad pennington being on the cover. and no i am not on PCP or E right now. It should definitly be like Uhrlacher or chad Johnson tho
its not gonna be Chad...he and Shockey have been on the cover in ads only because they have been doing "regional advertising"..

Don't be surprised if Chads on the cover. You might laugh at it now but you heard it here first.

why doesn't anyone listen to me?
Ever since Ray Lewis' cover year, the guys at EA have focused on a new element to include in the game. '05 was better linebacker controls with the hit stick. '06 with McNabb was more QB control with QB Vision, '06 was Alexander with the Highlight Stick and a focus on the running game. Why would they revert back to positions they've already done, and move away from those themes? We should fully expect either a CB or a WR for '08 - think maybe Chad Johnson or a Champ Bailey. I personally hope for a CB, so that way we can get better defensive back control. Getting interceptions is really a craps shoot as much as it is timing a route.

I'll eat a nice plate of crow and hot sauce if that's the case. it'd be a complete shift away from the theme of recent years. hopefully it'd mean a comeback for the Madden franchise to go along with featuring the comeback player of the year.
