Remember Smeds is in a country where you have to be 18 for full priveleges (I believe). You have to be 16 to legally smoke and play lotto in England and 18 to legally drink. I think he's almost 17 so he's a little more patient lol.

Those numbers would be correct although I've jumped the gun on the drinking age just a few times , although not as early as a lot of other people in this country (we have a problem with underage kids going on a drinking binge as young as 13 because they think getting absolutely hammered is a cool thing to do, but that isn't my kind of thing).
