Jetsman05 Icon : (27 August 2015 - 02:21 PM) Suarez second best in Europe... pretty good
SoReALSoJetS Icon : (29 August 2015 - 06:11 PM) anybody know a stream for it?
MikeGangGree... Icon : (30 August 2015 - 06:49 AM) WOOOOO
Smedsthejet Icon : (30 August 2015 - 11:10 AM) Jets just announced first 12 players to be released:
Smedsthejet Icon : (30 August 2015 - 11:10 AM) T. J. Graham, Saalim Hakim, Austin Hill, DeVier Posey, Jonathon Rumph (WRs), Matt LaCosse (TE), James Brewer, Dalton Freeman (OL), Bryan Johnson (LB), Javier Arenas, Curtis Brown, Keith Lewis (DBs)
Smedsthejet Icon : (30 August 2015 - 11:11 AM) A little surprised that Posey is gone in this first batch of moves, but then we did have a glut of WRs
ganggreen2003 Icon : (30 August 2015 - 07:50 PM) Any word on Leonard Williams injury?
azjetfan Icon : (30 August 2015 - 11:49 PM) He will be ready week 1. Just a sprain
Jetsfan115 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 10:33 AM) so we whooped the giants ass pretty badly
Jetsfan115 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 10:38 AM) bills cut fred jackson
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 12:29 PM) We got lucky with Williams
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 12:30 PM) Hes looked like a beast as well, so we need him healthy. Hes gonna be a future all pro
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 12:31 PM) Our offense can be competent this season
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 12:33 PM) Zac Stacy was a good add
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 01:46 PM) I'm surprised Freeman was cut, I thought he was a solid backup center. Guess they like Wesley Johnson better
Jetsfan115 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 01:58 PM) our offense is passable. we should put up 14-17 a game average
Jetsfan115 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 01:58 PM) should be enough for our Defense. our d-line is nasty with wilk, rich, snacks, and now williams
Jetsfan115 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 01:59 PM) out MLBs get picked on in coverage though. davis had a rough game
Jetsfan115 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 01:59 PM) our Cbs are way too good. cro revis and skrine. plus mcdougle looked solid. when milliner comes back, him being a dime back could be huge too
Jetsman05 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 02:24 PM) 17 points a game is "passable"? If we average 17 a game this season, we won't win more than 5 ball games.
Jetsman05 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 02:24 PM) Needs to be 20+
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 05:33 PM) Our offense should be better than its been in years
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (31 August 2015 - 05:34 PM) which wouldn't take much
Jetsfan115 Icon : (01 September 2015 - 12:03 PM) another ex jet going to the pats http://theredzone.or...ms/Default.aspx
Jetsfan115 Icon : (01 September 2015 - 12:04 PM) our defense should allow an average of less then 14 a game IMO. If we can average 17 a agme I think we can win 9-10
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (01 September 2015 - 12:25 PM) Jace Amaro was put on IR, torn labrum.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (01 September 2015 - 12:26 PM) That sucks, I was looking forward to him at TE
ROBJETS Icon : (01 September 2015 - 07:24 PM) Labrum tear....definitely out for the year. Its not a bad surgery. I used the sling for about a week before I ditched it completely. Supposed to use it for a full 6 weeks. You can get away without it but just have to be careful not raising or moving your arm much and no lifting of pretty much anything. As far as fully healing ....6 mon ths minimum but for lifting heavy and full contact sports I wouldnt trust 6 months
ROBJETS Icon : (01 September 2015 - 07:31 PM) Still not that bad of a surgery on a pain scale. after a few days it mostly just aches like hell. ice and keeping your arm still is important. sleeping is major hard for the first 3 weeks or so. You wake up in pain a god bit. Id be dreaming and jerk my right arm up or move it wrong or lay on it wrong and wake up in major pain. still I liked t better without the sling than being completely immobile with one arm and healed just fine. He will come back from it fine
ganggreen2003 Icon : (01 September 2015 - 08:37 PM) sucks we lost Amaro for the season
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 09:34 AM) http://sport.woot.co...ef=gh_sp_6_wp_3
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 09:47 AM) No suspension for Brady, what a joke
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 12:26 PM) I don't think it is a joke but f*** him.
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Today, 04:15 PM) f*** new england
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Today, 04:15 PM) he still was behind the balls being deflated
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Today, 04:16 PM) he authorized those 2 employees to do that to the footballs
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Today, 04:16 PM) he is a diva so f*** that classless organization
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Today, 04:21 PM) it's especially sickening living in the middle of CHEATriot country and listening to these assclowns up here make excuses for their POS QB

I think its insane, but just remember, the Saudi Arabian oil reserves are bound to run out within a few decades...when that happens, were sitting on gold with our untapped Alaskan reserves.

hysterical.gif Gold huh.

You do know that IF Alaska isn't under water by then and that happens; then that is when Saudi Arabia will call in their loans to the U.S. and we'll have to pay back the money we've borrowed from them. If the Saudi's have no oil it will hurt their economy so who are they going to be looking to for money? The nations that owe them money (like the United States). Then there is China another country we owe a lot money to. As we can clearly see China really likes oil now too. So if the Saudi's have no oil China will be knocking on our door too and say "Y'all might as well just give us Alaska," since we owe them so much money. Basically if either Saudi Arabia and China's economies go south we'll have to mortgage Alaska's oil just to pay off our debts to them.

Hmmm to think 15 of the 19 hijackers on 9/11 were Saudi Arabian and some of the money we use to buy oil ends up in the hands of terrorist. But we've got to cheaply fill up or SUV's so let's keep a military presense in the Middle East to protect our oil interest, oil that is bound to be gone in a few decades. Then we can make T.R. roll over in his grave and drill in Alaska not knowing for sure just how much oil is up there. Just to have to end up giving that Alaskan oil money to the Saudi royal family and the communist Chinese government. But hey George W. Bush seems like a guy who will sit down and have a beer with me (despite being a rich W.A.S.P. from New England). Plus he'll protect us from another 9/11 and keep Sadaam bin Laden on the run, so I'll vote for him. Wait voting means I'll have to get off the couch so I'll vote for Dancing with the Stars instead since all I have to do is pick up my iPhone to do that. God bless America, because his blessing is all we'll have to save us at this rate.

Oh I hope my rant is precieved to be un-patriotic and hurt Obama's campaign since I'm a supporter of his. I mean everything I say he supports of course.

There are a few things I have realized about Mr. Jet over a few topics.

1) He is a racist. By constantly using race as a battling tool.
2) He is an extreme Liberal. If you are on either extreme you are probabaly more wrong than right.
3) He is one of those people who will never admit fault, error or defeat.
4)His life sucks and he takes it out on people who don't share in his views.

Are the prices in American done per gallon?

Over here in Britain the norm is around 1.20 per litre (just under $2.40 per litre). They had an article in The Times Saturday which compared British petrol prices to other countries and it said in Florida the cost is about 0.30/litre (a shade under 60 cents).

I passed my driving test about a month ago, but as I share my mum's car, luckilly I don't have to pay the petrol. If I had my own though, I'd probably be spending most of my money on fuel because the prices are so high.
As analogkid said, a lot of what you pay is tax anyway. In Britain for every litre of petrol, you pay 0.50 (around a dollar) in tax and VAT is also added at 17.5%!

1 gallon = 4.5 litres.

So I pay 5.40/gallon basically, which is over $10!

Too bad ANWR has about a 6 month supply of oil at present consumption rates. The US should really focus on lowering demand rather than increasing supply. People should stop buying Hummers for no reason. If the US had a fleet average of 40 mpg, they wouldn't have to import oil from OPEC countries. That is possible within 10 years, when OPEC countries are broke they'll be more apt to stop terrorism.

Wow! That sucks. We'll be there soon.
Fifteen years ago after an especially disappointing loss to Miami, Esiason, then the Jets' quarterback, was making the seven-mile drive from the Meadowlands back to Manhattan.
While he was slogging through stop-and-go traffic at the entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel, the car next to him was violently rear-ended. The quarterback threw his car into park, hopped out and ran to the woman whose car had been hit. She was wearing, of all things, an Esiason jersey, and was utterly shocked when he tapped on her window to check on her.
"Are you OK?" he said, trying to keep calm. "Are you OK?"
"Boomer? Is that you?" she asked the Good Samaritan, sounding disoriented. "I think I'm OK, but . ... "
But what?
"But you guys sucked."
Welcome to the New York Jets, Tim Tebow.

All we keep hearing is that rising global demand is driving prices...well consider this for one moment.

From an investment perspective, if global consumption increases by 10%, then the cost of oil should increase by 10%. If analysts predict that global demand WILL increase by 20%, then oil futures should increase by 20%. This is simple economics.

Now lets consider what has actually happened:
Global oil demand in 2003 was 79 million barrels per day.
The IEAs forecast for 2008 is 87.2 million barrels per day.
This is a 10.4% increase in 5 years.

The price per barrel in 2003 (adjusted for inflation) was $31.62. Today the price is $115.63. That is a 265.7% increase.

I call BULLSHIT!!

Nah my man. If we were talking about potatos, you'd be right on point. When you're talking about a precious non-renewable resource, you have to account for the anticipated scarcity. Demand jumped, but what is missing from you analysis is the fact that everyone (meaning governments) are anticipating further hikes in the price, so they're hoarding oil. Even though oil's utility increased by 10.4%, it's gross consumption is much greater because a lot of it is being stored.

New World Order Economics is not what they teach you at the University. Scarcity is a Farce the Tool of deception used to justify all their lying ways.they will get total control over all your lives acquire all of the wealth and just eliminate
90% of the population. Democracy is turn upside down in reality its socalism by the Corporate State . gas prices at 4-5 dollars is ecomonic warfare and turning down the heat make you people feel good about the price thinking you are getting a great deal when in fact you are not. you are all asleep I say wake up.
