But they must be unsalted and dry-roasted.

all these carbs and fat and cashews and w/e is great, but i can assure you that if you were to lift for about 10 months straight every other day (has worked well for me) and take creatine, you will gain all the weight you need.

I wouldn't suggest taking creatine though when you do agility training and plyos. Creatine will hold water in your system and tire you out quicker.

I'm trying to remember something that the Giant's nutritionist told me to do to gain weight. Here's what I remember, and I'm pretty sure this is all of it:

Make 4 scoops of Carnation Instant Milk
1 Egg white
1/2 Banana

Then put it all in a blender and add a drop or two of chocolate syrup for flavor. Then Blend it all together and drink it. It tastes like shit but it worked. I'm still wondering if I forgot an ingredient.

Here is a shake I use to gain weight.
10 oz. 2% milk
scoop of protein powder (about 30 grams)
a whole banana
2 tablespoons or peanut ( you can add more if you want more peanut taste then banana)

This is close to 1000 calories in 1 shake, and about 50 grams of protein, I usually take this with a bowl of oatmal in the morning. That way I get the slow digesting carbs for the oatmal, and the calories and protein from the shake.

Also, weight lifting will only tone your muscles if you're not gaining weight. You have to gain weight AND lift to get bigger.

They say only 20% of gaining is in the gym, the other 80% is what you do out of the gym. So if you aren't eating right, your wheels are just gonna be spinning cause eating right is more important then pumping. And for more mass you should do reps of 4-8, if you wanna tone I suggest reps of 10+.

Bigger Faster Stronger has great work out plans.

Heres what I do for reps:

Week 1- 3x3(+)
Week 2- 5x5(+)
Week 3- 5-4-3-2-1(+)
Week 4- 10-8-6(+)

And for lifts every week:

Monday- Box Squat and Towel Bench
Wednesday- Power Clean and Deadlift
Friday- Parallel Squat and Bench Press

That works great trust me.

Those are only core lifts. Yeah I do stuff for my shoulders and legs and biceps and all the other various muscles but I do those 2x10. And Towel Bench is when you put a pad or a towel on your chest and bring the bar down so it meets the towel instead of your chest. It's harder than regular bench in my opinion.

actually it has the opposite effect. the way it has been explained to me is that your body burns the water off in your muscles first, and then lactic acid kicks in when it's all burned off and that's what tires you out and stops you from doing what you are doing. the creatine allows you to do more because theres more water to burn off. and a lot of people make a big deal about the water thing, when its nothing at all. i havent taken it for months and my arms didnt shrink because all the water came out of them like a lot of people say happens. and i didnt lose any weight either.
