SecondHandJets Icon : (11 May 2016 - 02:04 PM) GO TEAM!
Jetsfan115 Icon : (18 May 2016 - 10:40 AM) from the looks of it, nobody is excited lol
santana Icon : (18 May 2016 - 10:27 PM) I'm excited for geno smith. His jaw will survive the off season.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (19 May 2016 - 06:26 PM) not true, never know who might punch him
MikeGangGree... Icon : (21 May 2016 - 05:38 PM) f*** Geno smith
MikeGangGree... Icon : (21 May 2016 - 05:39 PM) J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!!!
mgjetman Icon : (23 May 2016 - 02:01 PM) Geno really needs to go away. Double f**k Geno.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (23 May 2016 - 02:21 PM) Fitzpatrick said he wants to play for the jets and that he won't retire
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (23 May 2016 - 06:50 PM) This street thug Darron Lee hasn't signed yet
MikeGangGree... Icon : (25 May 2016 - 05:32 PM) that damn dirty street thug
Jetsfan115 Icon : (31 May 2016 - 10:28 AM) jets offered fitz 3 years 24 million dollar deal. 12 million for 2016 and 6 million each for 2017 and 2018. fitz is unhappy with the 2017 and 2018 number
MikeGangGree... Icon : (01 June 2016 - 01:45 PM) Street thug
MikeGangGree... Icon : (01 June 2016 - 01:47 PM) I really don't like Devin Smith he cost us 2 games last season with his hands of stone
Jetsfan115 Icon : (01 June 2016 - 04:27 PM) he's a rookie
Jetsfan115 Icon : (01 June 2016 - 04:27 PM) i'm more concerned we really don't have a slot WR. all of our guys are outside guys
Jetsfan115 Icon : (01 June 2016 - 04:27 PM) i wonder if amaro is gonna be a big slit guy and blocker for us
Jetsfan115 Icon : (01 June 2016 - 04:27 PM) slot
MikeGangGree... Icon : (01 June 2016 - 09:22 PM) Sources told NY daily news.Fitzpatrick is about to sign 1 year deal
MikeGangGree... Icon : (01 June 2016 - 10:06 PM) We didn't have a slot WR last year also. I do Amaro steps up I really do like him
MikeGangGree... Icon : (02 June 2016 - 09:46 AM) Ok so the jets won't take the deal. My question is why?? 1 year 12 million when they are already offering him 12 million in his first year
Jetsfan115 Icon : (02 June 2016 - 01:24 PM) 2 reasons, 1st off for salary cap relief this year. we have no cap room this year but plenty next year. a multi year deal and backload the contract and 2, why pay a guy 12 mil for 1 year with no guarentee and go thorugh this again
Jetsfan115 Icon : (02 June 2016 - 01:24 PM) fitz said he'd take a 1 year deal but jets don't want that
Jetsfan115 Icon : (02 June 2016 - 01:25 PM) they should offer him a 3 years for 30 mil. 12 this year (half in the signing bonus for cap relief) 10 mil next year and 8 mil the 3rd year. 1st 2 years guarenteed (22 mil)
RetireChrebet Icon : (03 June 2016 - 03:37 AM) You know your fucked when the biggest offseason story is can we convince a journeyman QB whom singlehandedly threw us out of the playoffs last year to sign a deal worth way more than his actual value!
MikeGangGree... Icon : (03 June 2016 - 09:59 AM) Ok jets brothers I need fantasy football help. Who should I keep in my keepers league. We have to decide by July
MikeGangGree... Icon : (03 June 2016 - 10:00 AM) Should I keep Cam Gurley or Bell?
MikeGangGree... Icon : (03 June 2016 - 10:01 AM) Cam had a monster year last year and in our league it's 6 points per PassTd and cam is getting his best WR back.
MikeGangGree... Icon : (03 June 2016 - 10:01 AM) Gurley was a monster last year as a rookie
MikeGangGree... Icon : (03 June 2016 - 10:03 AM) Bell missed most of the year with a injury but it's also a PPR league. In only 6 games last year he =100 points
MikeGangGree... Icon : (03 June 2016 - 10:04 AM) Cam also had 45 total TDs last year
Jetsfan115 Icon : (03 June 2016 - 10:50 AM) I'd keep bell
Jetsfan115 Icon : (03 June 2016 - 10:50 AM) there are maybe like 5 #1 fantasy RBs at best and you need to start at least 2
Jetsfan115 Icon : (03 June 2016 - 10:50 AM) QBs are easier to find. I had cam in 2 leagues and drafted him way late. RBs are impossible to find late
MikeGangGree... Icon : (04 June 2016 - 07:53 PM) FIRE FITZPATRICK
MikeGangGree... Icon : (04 June 2016 - 07:53 PM) That Damn dirty street thug
MikeGangGree... Icon : (05 June 2016 - 09:43 PM) In other news the NBA finals is like A NFL team Playing a college football team.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (06 June 2016 - 11:23 AM) line is in. jets are favorites for 5 games, pick for 2, and underdog for 9
MikeGangGree... Icon : (08 June 2016 - 04:56 PM) We play better as a underdog
santana Icon : (12 June 2016 - 03:54 PM) JETS JETS JETS
santana Icon : (13 June 2016 - 09:28 AM) Update on the #Jets situation with Ryan Fitzpatrick: Nothing. … Just nothing. Doesn't seem like things will change heading into minicamp.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (13 June 2016 - 10:39 AM) yeah every day i check for an update and every day, nothing
vjdbbq Icon : (14 June 2016 - 05:43 AM) Where's Rob and his ass ?
Mario Icon : (20 June 2016 - 06:21 PM) Any Jets fan in the Kansas city, Missouri area, that will be going to the game on the 25th of September?

I was just outside on the main street of my campus in the midst of a massive swarm of students cheering for Obama. That's going to stay with me for the rest of my life. =]

Very great night indeed. This is a night I will remember for the rest of my life. They said this guy couldn't win the senate race and he did...they said he could never be nominated as a presidential candidate and he was, and then they said he would never win, and he did. Now they say he will not succeed as president, and mark my words, He WILL.

Even when he was the extreme appealate to his first gig in his STATE senate district, they counted him out. Been counted out all his life... I just hope he takes the iniative and writes his speeches, those will be little treats for all.

It's a great day to be an American. The change is here. I cried when CNN announced it, it took me atleast a half hour to gain my composer. This is a great day for not only America and not only for African Americans but for the world! I don't think people understand the ramifications involved. As I feel my children and my childrens children will be better off because of this man. To see Obama's family and Joe Biden's family on that grandstand after Obama's speech truely moved me. To see the crowd and see caucasion and African Americans together for a common purpose was beautiful. To see the faces of people in the crowd and all over the world with a sense of hope was beautiful.

I'm still in total shock and overwhelming joy. He will unite nations and big our country back to the top. UN-BE-LIEVE-ABLE!

For all the Malcom X's and Martin Luthers who fought for this day. For JFK who fought and to finally get here is truely a blessing.

God bless you all.

I cant help but be a bit worried because of his lack of experience...quite frankly, he has the potential to be great but could swing either way, I'm going to hope for the best and stand behind my new president.

And I still wanna f*** Sarah Palin.

I feel the same way and our grandparents generation are really the only ones that can understand it. They had people like John Kennedy and Martin Luther King, Jr. who they were with during the triumphs and tragedies of those men. Our parents generation didn't really have any inspirational leaders when they grew up and into their adulthoods. Their already talking about young people in their 20s to 40s wanting to go to Washington, D.C. and be part of the Obama administration or work in congress. As Luke Russert said tonight about young people "It's our turn."

There are a few things I have realized about Mr. Jet over a few topics.

1) He is a racist. By constantly using race as a battling tool.
2) He is an extreme Liberal. If you are on either extreme you are probabaly more wrong than right.
3) He is one of those people who will never admit fault, error or defeat.
4)His life sucks and he takes it out on people who don't share in his views.

Texas

McCain- 55%
Obama- 44%

I'm surprised that much went for Obama in Texas, doesn't Obama want to take away firearms from people? That must be why people are saying they are buying as much firearms as possible and ammo now that Obama became President.

I got to say, I dont spend much time in politics, I follow em, but dont throw my 2 cents out because to me, were all Jets fans and I dont want to mix feelings with anyone, but I must say, some people need to shut the f*** up. Its really no one on this site, or actually, its no one in this thread, but Im saying this to people around the Country and about people here at my school. Everyone needs to stop bitching, because no one is going to go to Canada and all saying that shows is that you really don't love the country enough to have a leader you don't like(And this isn't directed at JSOTF, I get you were jokin, this is to people that I know that are actually serious about it). I mean, both candidates have the same main goal, fix this country and weather you were for Obama or McCain, you must be able to see this country is on a downward spiral to another Depression. And to add to it, its hard to fund a war that half your contries against when your heading twards a depression, but no, people just want to put on their blinders, grab a beer and watch it crash.
A lot of the kids here[at school] started posting videos of Iraq Veterans talking against Obama and about why the war is good and how even though they didn't find WMD their still helping to incease the way of life for Iraqies, and I dont mean to be blunt but I know a vast majority of McCain supporters I know could give 2 shits about Iraqies. Now I got nothing but love for those fighting, nothing but love, my great grandfather, my grandfather, my uncles, and a lot of other family members of mine have served this country and if McCain was elected and instilled a draft, I'd serve with a smile on my face, but it is a lie for some of these people to say they support the war because they want to increase the living conditions of the Iraqi people, because I know its not worth it to them for American soldiers to die to increase the Iraqi way of life and when people say that to me, I just think they have no reasons to support their supports. Then a lot of people are saying Barack won because he won the minority vote, come on people, real life isn't like an episode of Dave Chappelle! Of course some people voted for him because he was black, but I can garuntee, like HHF showed, more people voted against him because he was black. We all know it hurt him more than it helped him. Hell, someone came to me today and said 'I hope your happy....now the National Anthem is going to be a rap song.' Now what did that tell me, did race play a roll in how they voted?

Obamas president, let me reiterate, Barack Obama is the next President of these United States of America, Love the idea of it. Don't think of what you can do to change it because no one can, we all need to band together to fix the country. After the Great Depression and WWII ended, this country was at one of its peaks in terms of way of life, baby boomers were startin up and the country was on and upward trend, lets get back to that state of America.
