ASHWAUBENON -- In yet another sign the Brett Favre era in Green Bay is over, the former Packers quarterback’s Ashwaubenon home has been sold.


OAS_AD('ArticleFlex_1'); Realtor Micoley and Company confirmed the 3,000-square-foot home sold for $445,000 after being on the market for about 47 days. The asking price was $475,000.

The ranch-style home at 2085 Shady Lane includes four bedrooms and three baths.
Brown County land records indicate the home's value at $424,900.

The sale is one of the final pieces of the Favre retirement drama that gripped Green Bay for much of late summer.

Favre visited the Green Bay area in August, when he came out of retirement. After it briefly looked like he might return to Green Bay, he was traded to the New York Jets.

It doesn't matter his main residence is in Hattiesburg, Ms. That is where he is going to live when he retires. Its about a mile away from my parents house. Its a nice spread.
