A sticky is a post that is tacked to the top of the board, it will always stay up there untill a Mod clicks to unstick it.

The post is up there with info on how to stream live games on your computer for free, Justin TV is just one of them that shows the games, there are links to other ones as well, like TVants, and SopCast,
