You Have No Idea
Marvin Harrison has always let his hands do the talking. Turns out, they've been saying things no one expected to hear.

That was intense. Thanks for the read.

Marvin seems to possess a disturbing personality. A lot of serial killers have this same type of cold,standoff-ish and quite demeanor about them.

No one really knows who Marvin is, even his teammates don't really know. He seems like he's an asshole and one cold SOB. Choking ball boys, not signing autographs, declines public appearances and functions, not typically what you see from superstar athletes. Instead of buying property (real estate ) he opens businesses in the hood (I like that), however, somethings kind of odd about an individual who pats down patrons at his local establishment, who also owns a superbowl ring, who is rich, and who is a public figure.

From reading that story Harrison sounds like he moves like some kind of mob affiliate. The guy who was in his car with his son when the apparent shots range out and riddled his car with his 2 year old son present doesn't press charges or speak, they received an annoymous tip to pursue Marvin Harrison after they already had suspicion from the alleged victim of the original assault. Next man gets shot in the shoulder and there is no report, he refuses to talk. Police investigate Marvin and he has no gun present (not the gun involved) but a 22 caliber pistol on his ankle (registered) but even still, although legal, also eye popping at the same time if your law enforcement. Not to mention they found bullets at the seen that matched the gun fired that Marvin knew of.

My personal opinion, Marvin controls his hood like a mob boss. Shots ringing out+ plus people afraid to talk+ police generating no clues= A f*ckin G!!

Silent rivers really do run deep.

Good read Santana.

Dude who accused Marvin of shooting him died.

Philly man who claimed WR Harrison shot him dies

1 hour, 16 minutes ago

PHILADELPHIA (AP)—A Philadelphia man who accused former Indianapolis Colts receiver Marvin Harrison(notes) of shooting him has died from wounds sustained in another shooting.

Philadelphia police say Dwight Dixon died Friday. Dixon, 33, had been hospitalized since being wounded multiple times by an unknown shooter in July.

Dixon was convicted in January of lying to police about the earlier shooting, which happened April 28, 2008. His lawyers say Dixon initially did not say Harrison shot him because he was afraid of him.

Investigators determined that a gun owned by Harrison was used in that shooting but declined to file charges because of conflicting accounts of who pulled the trigger.

The Colts released Harrison in February. He remains a free agent.

I'm more interested in the unknown shooter. It's not like Dixon was a model citizen, so he could've been touched by anybody he ever looked at wrong... but that ESPN article on Harrison definitely made me think twice about him and the company he keeps.

That portion where they said Harrison pulled a gun off his ankle and gave it to cops nonchalantly was wild.

drharris12 (1/22/2009 at 4:53 PM) Report Violation This is pretty cut and dry. Marvin Harrison is a gangster, he may play football instead of dealing drugs, but he is still just a gangster. Playa wants to talk facts? Fact 1: Marvin Harrison grew up in the streets. A large portion of youths who grow up in the hood, grow up idolizing whoever is running the streets. The idolize him for two reasons. One is money, which Marvin has. The other reason is respect. People generally dont mess with the top dog, because they know he'll bite back. So Harrison wants respect, not for being a football player, but for being a gangster. So if someone messes with him, he will respond in a way that lets everyone know what will happen if you do. Fact 2: He buys a ton of property in his old neigborhood and either runs it himself, or has his family run it. Hmmmmm, I wonder why? It's clear he wants to run his old neigborhood, wants to be the king of his streets. What kind of person does that sound like? A gangster. Fact 3: Although we don't know the exact details, he has had atleast two prior incidents that involved violence, and his ill temper. How much truth is there to these incidents? We can't be sure, but we know there was violence involved. No matter how much money he makes, his gangster mentallity will always command respect, he will do what he has to in order to get it. He doesn't need help, he needs jail time. It's actually kinda funny the best qb/wr combo ever is Harrison/Manning. Could there be a more different 2 people?

I pasted this from the comments from the article makes alot of sense.

No one deserves jail for alleged crimes.

Wanting respect is a human thing -- not just a gangster thing.
