ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:03 PM) we need to get rid of Sanchez
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 PM) he's a completely weak-minded individual
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 PM) already back to doing what he did last season THROWING INT's
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 PM) sucks that Garrard retired but I'd rather suffer with Geno going through growing pains than keeping Sanchez under center in 2013
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:33 PM) haha gg03 throwing in the towel on sanch!
mgjetman Icon : (Yesterday, 01:37 PM) What a way to make sporrts center already, Mark......
mgjetman Icon : (Yesterday, 01:39 PM) Sanch owns the #1 blooper of all time with that butt fumble also and to make matters worse he threw it right to a friggin Pat...
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:53 PM) buttfumble on thanksgiving was the low point of his career
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:55 PM) Teammates talking shut about Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) In case you haven't heard, because why would anyone report on the Giants, Nicks is also holding out
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) That makes both Cruz and Nicks.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) But who cares, Sanchez threw 3 "interceptions"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) ?
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) why would we give a f*** about the Giants?
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 03:04 PM) gg03 jimmies are riled
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) You're not in NY. All the backpages are focused on Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) None of the NY media even mention Cruz or Nicks
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:40 PM) nicks isn't holding out. he's injured still and taking it easy. cruz is holding out. why it isn't a big ordeal IDK. it would be for us
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) maybe because theyre not that far off.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) Cruz wants to return back, they'll figure it out.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) 3 mil a year off or 30% less then cruz wants. tahst alot of money to be off
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) cruz doens't want to leave NY cause teh extra money he'll get in endorsements plus he knows taht they can RFA him this year and then Franchise next year so he might not be able to get a LTD for 3 years
Mr_Jet Icon : (Yesterday, 05:21 PM) Clemens11/Tebow15 (soon to be Smith7) said if we had just drafted Crabtree and Nicks and kept Clemens, we'd be good.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) No, he can't be Smith7
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) his name is reserved for garbage QBs, we don't want Geno to be bad
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) He can be McElroy14
extmenace Icon : (Yesterday, 06:51 PM) we're taking bridgewater next year with the number 1 pick and treating geno like a jimmy clausen.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:53 PM) What makes Bridgewater better than Geno?
HurricaneJet32 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:12 PM) everything
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:56 PM) ^
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:16 PM) college players always get hyped up before the draft process, just wondering what makes him so much better.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) Stronger arm, plays in a pro system, better throwing motion, better athlete
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) there's probably nothing Geno does right now that's better than what Teddy does
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 10:25 PM) Wouldn't it be funny with Bridgewater ends up having the type of season Barkley had?

I'm gonna be getting my geek on! I ordered the Turtle Beach headset for my PS3 this morning so I can game like a real MLG nerd. Anyone else have these? Or know people who use them?

I picked them up because I've heard people say they use them to hear people creeping around corners online, or camping. Otherwise, I figure they'll come in handy for when I'm playing at night and don't wanna OD with the volume. Win or Lose?

thats interesting didnt think console games used that element of sound in online gaming.. figure the standard would always be to have it blaring on a tv set in 5.1

I use to play counter strike 1.6 like my life depended on it
I had countless pairs of sennheiser headphones I would rock.. because in CS1.6 hearing footsteps and other subtle soudns was a tactical portion of the multiplayer combat

I wonder if disabling all the fancy pants 5.1 surround sound features on a console and making it straight stereo will give you more of an advantage

when wearing headphones, using true stereo helps to differentiate sounds coming from depth rather then left and right

From what I understand, these are stereo headphones. (I imagine 5.1 headsets are a gimmick anyway). But I can attest to the depth of console games.

I used to have my original Xbox hooked up through a TV that was hooked up to a standard 2.1 Sony shelf stereo. This was when I was about 19, living at home and couldn't thump my games at 2 a.m. So I'd take those $30 Sony earmuff headsets from Best Buy and plug them in while playing Soldier of Fortune and Rainbow Six: Black Arrow online. That shit was the truth.

You don't know how many times I'd be strolling around a map and hear someone's footsteps above me on a metal grate, making me go in for the KIIILLLLLLLLLL. It came in handy when hearing grenades get selected and knowing when a dude was trying to reload versus preserving fire. Loved it.

thats interesting. im guessing the xbox versions of games are just a ported version of the pc counter part.
having played cs1.6 for so many years has cursed me... i turn into a pissed off nerd 10 minutes into a console multiplayer fps game. i curse out all the flaws in the game play and issues of unbalance...oh and my noobiness with the joysticks. then i shut it off and leave it for a month.

One of my good friends prefers FPS on PC as well. I could never get into it. Keyboard has always been for writing for me, I guess. I tried to PC game for a while when I was young. I was really into Tomb Raider and Diablo lol.

Diablo multiplayer was the shittttt
amazing game for its time
diablo 2 kinda sucked

keyboard was never really a friendly gaming device. But i would take it over a controller any day of the week. The amount of bindings and key combos are limitless. When games started to have consoles you could script in.. you could execute multiple key strokes by just pressing one key.

Wireless.

And with windows 7 its plug and play. no drivers needed.
I recently downloaded a copy of avatar on my laptop as a test game and it runs smooth as hell. graphics are ok with my ATI Radeon 4570 HD video card but not near the 360 or PS3 standard if i want it to run smooth. graphics are better then the PS2 or original xbox graphics though.

I didn't even need to map buttons for the game (although i made a few mods to the scheme) but i loaded it up plugged in the controller and hooked my laptop up to my TV with the HDMI port. i mean i needed somehthing to play while my 360 is in the shop lol

here is the controller

http://www.bestbuy.c...%20pc&cp=1&lp=1

65.00 from best buy for the controller and adapter. although i brought mine online for 60.00 including shipping and tax

here is a pic of the set-up (even though my room is a mess haha) you can see the game running on my TV with the adapter sitting on my laptop and the controller next to it

yeah thats cute and all but im talking about complex binds and scripts that execute a serious of actions for you. either actions or communications depending on the scenario you use them in.
