The Jets are also hiring Rams scout Brian Heimerdinger to a prominent front-office role. St. Louis let him out of his deal.

Jetsfan0099 Icon : (24 January 2015 - 08:17 PM) Everyone looks like a bad playcaller when you have no QB and have no talent
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (24 January 2015 - 08:18 PM) When Heimerdinger was our OC it was when we had a ton of injuries on offense, were down to our 4th or 5th string QB

Mr_Jet Icon : (26 January 2015 - 06:49 PM) But really for all of you complaining about the site. What is there to talk about? We have a new GM and HC that we don't know how good or bad they'll be yet. So there really isn't much to talk about with the draft still months away.
azjetfan Icon : (26 January 2015 - 09:59 PM) Even I can't blame Obama :drinks:
MikeGangGree... Icon : (26 January 2015 - 11:42 PM) It could be worse

Jetsfan0099 Icon : (27 January 2015 - 11:17 AM) There are some good OGs available in FA, we have to sign one
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (27 January 2015 - 11:18 AM) Willie Colon was rated as one of the worst in football last season. So was Winters. Oday shows promise
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (27 January 2015 - 11:18 AM) Orlando Franklin, Mike Iupati, Clint Boling. Should sign one
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (27 January 2015 - 12:34 PM) Franklin or Iupati would be great
ganggreen2003 Icon : (27 January 2015 - 01:46 PM) hey reg how did you make out in this storm?
ganggreen2003 Icon : (27 January 2015 - 01:47 PM) we got slammed with snow but the wind didn't knock out our power so I made out pretty unscathed here in RI
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:14 PM) What sucks is that the NFL isn't going to throw the book at those CHEATS even though they may be found GUILTY
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:54 PM) This place is a GHOST TOWN
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Today, 10:24 AM) Nothing really to talk about in the offseason
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 12:20 PM) Rex bashed Idzik in a interview today lol
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 12:21 PM) Says Woody didn't want to fire him but had to because of 4 wins. That Idzik had hidden agendas and a plan that never worked.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 12:26 PM) I expect FA is going to be busy for us, I think public pressure forces them to make a splash because Maccagnan has to prove hes no Idzik and lose out on most FAs. We also have a lot of holes and could fix some with signings

A relatively arrest-free offseason has given way to a handcuff free-for-all in June.

And now the 2010 rookies, apparently applying a "When in Rome" vibe, are getting in on the act.

Titans defensive end Derrick Morgan, the 16th overall pick in the draft, has been arrested in Georgia, according to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean.

Per the report, Morgan was apprehended Wednesday for speeding and for driving with a suspended license.

Morgan, who played college football at Georgia Tech, was driving 91 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.

Thats not a big deal. seriously. When i was 21 and i just got my new car (a 350z , first nice car i had) i took it up to 156MPH on the freeway when the governor cut it and wouldn't let me go any faster just to test it. Would i do that again? f*** no it was stupid, but its not really that big a deal that the guy was speeding a bit. everyone speeds, its a victimless crime that is put in place only for the reason of making money

Theres two sides to this, one if your gonna speed atleast speed safely(I.e. don't do it on a busy road, hit curvy backroads since their more fun anyways.

Even if you don't kill anyone else theres still victims, parents, friends, siblings, girlfriend etc.

Don't get me wrong I speed all the time on backroads(17 and just got a license) I know that every time I speed or drive like a fool theres a risk I may get seriously injured but saying its a victimless crime is just dumb IMO

Not a big deal my ass.

Speeding is one thing but you have to be a complete moron to speed over 20 miles over the speed limit if you have a suspended license.

Also speeding is victimless if you do it safely but most people dont.If you speed and then tailgate the guy doing the speed limit that isnt victimless at all. Tailgating is an accident waiting to happen and is a major cause of most accidents on the interstate

Once again "Speeding" in itself is a victimless crime.

What your describing is Reckless driving which can be done at any speed. The act of going fast shouldn't be a crime unless done unsafely.

Also doing a wheelie on a motorcycle should't be a crime either but it is. Its all ways for the gov to make money. Highways in germany have no speed limit and yet they have less accidents.

Yeah do you know what his license was suspended for to begin with?

Come up with some facts before you try to justify him speeding without a license is a big deal or not.
And again I say the guy is a dumbfuck. If you have no license you dont put yourself at risk to get pulled over. That is pure idiocy.

Id probably drive if I lost my license but I would use common sense and do my best to obey the laws so I didnt get pulled over and get criminal charges and fines out the ass,not to mention an impounded vehicle, possible revoked license which could be permanent unlike a suspended license which is temporary. On top of that possible jail time.

I speed but only a damn idiot would do dumbshit after they lost their license.I dont see how you can justify it unless you are totally without comon sense.

And by the way a lot of states have now lowered the reckless driving speed down to twenty miles over the speed limit. It used to be twenty five to thirty.

Oh and one more thing. Not all highways in Germany have no speed limits. The Autobahn is pretty much it and from what I have read very few people go over a hundred anyway. And even the Autobahn is restricted somewhat in many areas and all of it has retstictions during bad weather. Read here.

http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Why_is_there_no_speed_limit_on_the_Autobahn_in_Germany

Also the average speed is only 81 miles an hour on the Autobahn and also just for your info the German government has been thinking about imposing speed limits for the whole Autobahn.

On top of that German cars go through a rigorous inspection process every two years to make sure they are completely safe for the Autobahn. Alot of American cars on the road wouldnt pass this inspection.

In point do some research.

I don't understand your argument?

the only thing i said was big deal he was speeding. some players are doing illegal drugs (weed) performance enhancing drugs, commiting adultry, beating up strippers, statory rape, rape, etc. this guy was caught speeding. it doesn't make him a bad person as you to admitted to speeding. i dind't say he was smart for doing ti with a suspended licence, i was just stating that its not a big deal he was speeding. players are people there not saints.

You know what else is a victimless crime? Stabbing the air right in front of you. It's only when someone else is standing there that there's a victim.
