2JBallar01 Icon : (18 December 2014 - 04:13 PM) Does it matter who wins tonight? Draft pick wise for the Jets?
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (18 December 2014 - 04:16 PM) Probably not. We probably want to draft above the Titans though if that is possible, they are a team that could use a QB. The Jaguars just drafted Blake Bortles, doubt they go first round QB 2 years in a row

2JBallar01 Icon : (18 December 2014 - 07:05 PM) I'm leaning towards wanting to draft Cooper or oline with the first pick. have a good line and or relceiver core and try and sign Bradford or trade for Cutler to play QB. And have Geno as back up for us.
2JBallar01 Icon : (18 December 2014 - 07:06 PM) Not sure if Winston can be a franchise QB. Even Mariota has question marks.
ganggreen2003 Icon : (18 December 2014 - 08:25 PM) That is why we need to draft Cooper at WR and then later in the draft go and get Petty

Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:21 AM) I think IK shows potential as a pass rusher
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 12:50 PM) If the new HC goes to a 4-3 it will be interesting to see if Couples can play on the end.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:43 PM) he's probably better as a 4-3 DE then a 3-4 LBer anyway
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:43 PM) we'd need another DT though
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 02:12 PM) Rex to atlanta rumors swirling about
2JBallar01 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:35 PM) Who should be my 2 starters at WR for my fantasy. Championship game. It's between AJ Green, Djax, and Mike Evans. I have Hilton too but I think colts will sit him this week
2JBallar01 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:36 PM) I'm thinking Djax and Evans. I don't think the match up with green vs Denver
2JBallar01 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:37 PM) I have Ingram, Lamar Miller, and Lacy as my RBs and flex
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 03:41 PM) green and desean pretty much the same risk reward
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 03:41 PM) lock evans in and play the matchup for the other spot
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 03:41 PM) also might snow in denver mnf i would keep an eye on that
2JBallar01 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:48 PM) Good thinkin! I think I'm going to play djax. I like the match up better
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 03:09 PM) Atlanta would be a good landing spot for REx. He'll have Matt Ryan there so no need to develop a QB and he'll make the defense better
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 03:54 PM) He's not a good hc. He'll struggle anywhere.
azjetfan Icon : (Today, 06:07 PM) Idk. I bet if he had a good offensive supporting cast with established players he would do fine. He just can't develop players. It may be like the Gruden going to the Bucs but in reverse
azjetfan Icon : (Today, 06:19 PM) The Redskins are In this game, I am rooting for them so we move up a spot in the draft

Randy Moss expressed frustration Monday that the Patriots have failed to extend his contract.
"When you have done so much and put so much work in, it kind of feels like I am not wanted," he said. "I am taking that in stride and playing my final year out ... but it is kind of a bad feeling -- feeling not wanted. It is not like my production has gone down." Moss admitted that it's "the nature of the business." The 33-year-old will earn $6.4 million this season.Source: CBS Sports

Tee hee. And we all thought hte Jets were low balling their players. The Pats just don't even consider it- Mankins being out will hurt them considerably, and Randy Moss is chirping about a contract now? Never good. How can anyone pick them for anything? It's just lazy to not pay attention to how bad things are there.

Mankins will be a bigger loss than an un-happy Moss, he is at the point where he makes one or two big plays a game. As it stands I'd rather have Revis on Welker instead of Moss.

Cro's height and athleticism would match up well against Moss. Revis on Welker would be better because you can't really stop Welker from getting some catches over the middle - but Revis is a hell of a tackler.

Wrong we beat the Pats because we made them throw to welker exclusively and all we had to do is tackle him at that point of reception and it worked like a charm.

Yea except the second time Welker put up 150+ yrds receiving. Even though he had no TD's he was making our D look silly. Yes Sanchez had 4 picks but only 1 was returned for a score.

Good point about Cro's speed. He might not be as good a tackler as Revis, but he is definitely faster. If Cro can keep Welker close and keep Welker from easy catches, and thus more defenders to take him down, then he might be effectively neutralized. We already know what Revis can do against Moss, keep it that way.

I'd rather see Revis start off on Welker since he is better at jamming receivers at the line and Welker is near impossible recover after a release. On the other hand, Moss usually struggles with physical corners, so I gues I'd like to see Revis on both of them.

I'm glad Revis is back.

to be honest man, i think welker is probably the ONLY reciever out there that i am afraid of even if revis was on him, he is small, extremely quick and most of all a SLOT. i know he took out steve smith but that's outside not slot, i prefer wilson to be on him.. that is a much better match

I'd rather have Revis covering Welker and Cromartie on Moss. Cro doesn't have that same discipline as Revis does to stay with a guy, whereas with his height, speed and athleticism - in my opinion at least - he is better spent locking down Moss, who isn't really used on option or underneath routes that much.

I think we are good with the coverage this year....Lets just hope Sanchez doesnt throw two picks in a game let alone four.

Sanchez doens't need gaudy numbers. if he can cut down to like 10 INTs we can be great. even if he throws for less then 3000 yards and only 10 TDs. I'm not worry about yards or TDs. i'm worried about % and INTs. if he can be around 60% and throw 10 INTs we'll be good. he's got to use his check down in LT and keller alot more often though
