Though the NFL Films cameras are now gone, potential distractions remain at Jets practice.
A female reporter from TV Azteca was present today. Multiple sources with knowledge of the situation tell us that the Jets responded to her presence by "acting like frat boys."
Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post made reference to the situation via Twitter on a couple of occasions. Hubbuch said that defensive backs coach Dennis Thurman was reportedly overthrowing players in drills so that they could "accidentally" run into her. Hubbuch also says that at one point linebacker Jason Taylor volunteered to take reps in the drill.
Hubbuch described the scene as "hilarious," but that sentiment wasn't universal. We're told that the reporter went into the locker room after practice, and that some of the players behaved like construction workers and/or prison inmates.
One source said that defensive tackle Kris Jenkins was the loudest of the bunch, at one point exclaiming "this is our locker room," as if to justify the conduct.
Some believe that the reporter appeared to be embarrassed, to the point of being close to tears. Other reporters found the behavior of the players to be juvenile.

It doesn't say who it was but one of their reporters looks like this:

I think right now every story about the Jets not from a homer will be negative. "Mark Sanchez didn't tip at McDonalds!" "Bart Scott turns right on red (in a state where it isn't legal)!" Who knows what happened, I really doubt the team said anything that offensive, you'd think they tried to attack her the way the story portrays it.

Exterminate all rational thought, that is the conclusion I have come to

@AronGalonsky I wouldn't say "unacceptable." Just some hooting and hollering from a few players based on how provocatively she was dressed. about 1 hour ago via web in reply to AronGalonsky
Those are Bart Hubbuch's tweets, doesn't sound like a big deal.
Is she hot? Google her name and decide for yourself. Ines Sainz is her name.

Attractive reporters are at the games and practices ALL the time. That's part of the frenzy. We're talking women who do radio interviews are as beautiful as the come. You mean to tell me a Latina reporter came in and all of a sudden the players lost control?
This is only meant to incite people who aren't Jets fans and don't know what the inside of the locker room looks like. Shit like this should get the Post a ban. Be the fucking TMZ blogger you were meant to be, Hubbuch. Hack.

These guys have been in training camp essentially with very little female interaction. If they weren't getting loud about her showing up then I'd worry about their gaydom.

She's Mexican. You have to score her one a curve. She's not the hottest chick on Miami beach but look at that ass...
