Jetsfan115 Icon : (16 April 2014 - 03:32 PM) still need another WR
Jetsfan115 Icon : (16 April 2014 - 03:33 PM) so i bet powell barely gets any touches this year and goodson gets cut
azjetfan Icon : (16 April 2014 - 03:34 PM) Goodson is as good as gone.
azjetfan Icon : (16 April 2014 - 03:34 PM) With all his legal issues and coming off injury he is done. Possibly even in the NFL
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (16 April 2014 - 03:39 PM) Powell is average anyways.
Chaos Icon : (16 April 2014 - 03:39 PM) @ProFootballTalk 5m

Per source, Chris Johnson's two-year deal has a base value of $8 million, with another $1 million available in incentives based on yardage.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (16 April 2014 - 03:40 PM) He does a lot of things well, but isn't talented enough. Johnson has breakaway ability still and Ivory is man beast running the football
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (16 April 2014 - 03:41 PM) We will get another WR in the draft. Even in round 2 you can get a starting WR
azjetfan Icon : (16 April 2014 - 04:09 PM) I am still standing by my CB in the first round and WR in the second prediction
santana Icon : (16 April 2014 - 05:19 PM) The title race is bale
azjetfan Icon : (16 April 2014 - 05:34 PM) Sidney rice coming in for a visit
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (16 April 2014 - 05:49 PM) I think the Jets are getting themselves ready to draft best player available
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (16 April 2014 - 05:49 PM) Last year they stuck to their board
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (16 April 2014 - 06:27 PM) if they sign him I think that means they look to take a CB round 1
2JBallar01 Icon : (16 April 2014 - 06:32 PM) “@AdamSchefter: RB Chris Johnson's 2-year deal with Jets has a team option in it for year two. Jets have option to pick up year two at $4M in February 2015.”

Sidney Rice has agreed to terms with the Seahawks on a one-year deal, per source.

Wrong. Schotty loved his play calling, otherwise he wouldn't have run those plays......I'm just guessing here, lol.

Outside of the greater Baltimore area? Or...the entire country that hates the Jets and the media hype they've recieved this offseason?

Other than those people...yeah no one was happy.

Yeah that seems to go unnoticed what with everybody rubbing our own shit on our faces. THE OFFICIATING WAS HORRENDOUS, I mean bad. They don't let you play anymore, so every time the other team throws up a pass you gotta hold your breath because if you exhale the water vapor may unfairly impede the receivers progress. While i'm here, fluck goodell

Perhaps they should spend less time on Twitter (an activity for 12 year olds) and more time on the practice field and studying their playbook.

If they would execute what is called we wouldn't be having this discussion. They ran the ball and stuck with it, AS THEY SHOULD HAVE.

First, calling Twitter a 12 year olds activity shows how ignorant you really are. Most every professional in the sports business is involved in Twitter. It's a great news source. We actually have very few players who are caught twitter on a regular basis.

Running the football like we did was fine, but when you are inconsistent with it, it causes problems. We had a first down run for 7 yards, setting up 2nd and 3. Instead of continuing to run the ball and either picking up the first down, we pass, complete. 3rd and 3, do we go back to running the ball? No, we drop back for another pass.

Schottenheimer is on his last legs as the offensive coordinator of the Jets, for all the right reasons. You can't continue to falter.

Is that sarcasm? Because, it really is Brians fault if the offense doesn't execute. He's the offensive coordinator for a reason.

Sarcasm.

I wonder if all those check downs sanchez tossed were part of the game plan.

Besides runnning the ball the offensive calls and the execution annoyed the piss out of me. Man i just f***ing wish the team had kicked a FG the instant we were in fg range. If folk put up 12 pts for us we would of won. And yes we were in fg range 4 times.
