Mr_Jet Icon : (20 May 2015 - 11:58 AM) LOL. It's not where you pick, it's who you pick. Knicks fans should remember Russell Westbrook and Chris Paul were both #4 picks also.
RetireChrebet Icon : (20 May 2015 - 02:32 PM) Chan Gailey says Geno is the starter heading into the season. I believe Fitzpatrick is hurt and probably won't even make the roster due to injury otherwise Fitzpatrick should have got a fair shake.

I said in the studs and duds thread that as I was at the game it looked like Revis wasn't fully healthy, IDK why they played him... But he says his hamstring is really sore.

“I felt soreness during the game,” Revis. “I could tell my hamstring was hurting…. Some plays it would hurt and some plays it wouldn’t. It started in the first quarter. For me, it was just fighting through it. If I knew I was going to be a hindrance to the team, then I would have called it quits and went in.”

“This process is kind of frustrating, because I’ve never been hurt during the season,” Revis added. “I want to be out there so bad with my teammates and win games. I need to learn patience right now and get back to 100 percent.”

Revis said there aren’t immediate plans for an MRI. It may make sense to rest Revis next week with the Jets on the bye after that. It will give him two more weeks to fully recover.

“I have to get back to 100 percent,” Revis said. “When that happens, I can play the type of ball that I can play.”

“We don’t know right now how severe the soreness is,” Revis said.

Revis was beat by Harvin on a crossing route that cut the Jets’ lead to 15-13 a few minutes into the fourth quarter.

“(Safety) help was supposed to be there, but it came late,” Revis said. “But it was man coverage. That’s still my guy…. He made a great catch and scored a touchdown… If I was 100 percent, I think I’d be there with him.”

He wouldn't be having this problem if he had just friggin' showed up to Training Camp!

It is better to destroy than create what is meaningless, so the picture will not be finished.

Lets sit him till week 10. We do need him for the Packers but I think we are better off with him healthy in the playyoffs than against a nonconference team. That will give him 6 weeks to be @100%. If he gets pissed to bad we have a big picture here and he sat out.

Mevis is a liability right now. If he wasn't so damn greedy he wouldn't be having this problem right now.

Look at Mangold and Brick they didn't get their money and both were at training camp then got paid.

Mevis is getting paid for playing a half season at 50%. This greedy SOB should just give back 10 million that he robbed from our orginization.
He is really hurting our team right now. Sure we have won some games without him but we need our 3 db's healthy for teams with 3 speedy recievers
(Colts).

P.S. Mevis tell grandma to sell that new house and Escalade till you get your ass back on the field and earn that money you stold from Woody.
