Nobody has fooled me. Satan, Lucifer, whatever you to call it does not exist. You choose to believe in this fictional character because he is an easy scapegoat for you to blame all the world's problems on. Oh you hate paying taxes, blame Satan. Oh your wife left you for another man, blame Satan. Oh the doctor said your cholesterol is too high, blame Satan.

Believing in Satan is like believing in the Tooth Fairy and Santa Clause. It's all something you've been taught to believe in early on to make you feel a certain way. In this case you choose to constantly live in fear of this mythical Boogie Man...I mean Satan.

It is cute though. Since you can't use reality and science to back up your claims, you use smoke and mirrors (i.e. Satan) as evidence of the baseless stuff you say. That may hold up in your world but not in the real world.

Just because I don't believe in a mythical Boogie Mann doesn't mean I don't believe in God. I like most other Christians, pick and choose the parts of Christianity I choose to believe in and makes the most sense to me. I think all religions should be used for good and not as a tool to keep people fearful of the unknown and keep people from questioning authority. Much more pain and suffering has been done in the name of God than in the name of anyone else.

I unlike you don't believe God has an evil foil (in this case Satan) like some comic book superhero.

I agree with what you are trying to say about worldly religion no argument there. however that is the point that type of religious history is exactly what is the problem its has been defiled by Satan inspired Man. if you had read the book about Satan you would have seen that. We live in the world from the tree of knowledge of Good and Evil where the fallen angle Lucifer is the God of this world this is common knowledge in the bible. The Bible. Which bible are you talking about? The King James version, the Douay-Rheims version, the Book of Mormon? All those bible's are far from the original New Testament bible which by the way was written decades after Jesus died and has been heavily edited by many European rulers throughout history so they could hold on to their wealth and power by using the "word of God" to keep their subjects under their control. So it is ridiculous to take any of today's versions of the bible as the complete and honest truth of anything. No person should take the entire bible literally, especially the fairy tale portions of it made up mostly by the Old Testament (much of which modern science has disproven).

No the website or books are usually similar and are not 100% I am not sure if anyone can have all the truth but to be seeking the kingdom of God for your whole life until the end is an on going effort. the term is traditional Christianity and yes I lean away from it.for the very reasons you two guys have pointed out in some of your previous comments and mr.jets comments below.

So you have discovered that there are problems with the Bible and that Men through out history have subverted God's word or even removed books or hidden books and try to use science to disprove the bible as the word of God But that a Created arc angel had nothing to do with the fall of mankind because God the creator has made Man as his own sons and that they will rule with God and not the created angels. So the main difference we have is Satan.
You sound a little atheist when you mention science disproving events or evidence . Remember only you can Believe what you are free to choose to believe in a world where there is the Knowledge of both good and evil . I am not trying to save you I have not even mentioned a whole lot of scripture.
If Jesus where walking the earth right there on long island do you think you would hear his voice and walk with him based on the knowledge you have learned so far ? And what do you think would happen if Jesus came there for the first time do you think he would save the world because the people have kept his message intact ? The Hebrew bible is the bible of origin. find out which scripture Jesus used or even which books he quoted from and than you may have your answer.
