Dude, misspelling Shaun Ellis' name is blasphemy.

Nah they'll get 10-12 wins as usual, no one else can really beat them besides a powerhouse.

They might get more wins then 12 this year realistically. I mean who's gonna beat them?
Only ones on that list that could beat them would be Jets, Chargers,Colts,Eagles and Steelers.
Their defensive front is nasty. Andre Carter is going to have a huge year for them.

Who would you rather have in the post season? The Patriot's Brady who is 2-3 in the playoffs since they got busted cheating or the 4-2 Jets Sanchez? I know who I'd rather have and his first name sure as hell isn't Tom. It all comes down to what have you done for me lately and Sanchez has come up bigger than Brady.

Please correct the second quote. I did not say that buffoonery.

the biggest thing about the pats is not only do they beat good teams, but they usually win the games there suppsoed to. no let downs. belly always has them ready. unlike us last year who struggled against det, clevlenad, and den and took last minute heroics to win.

Who f***ing cares about the Pats. Not me. I only care about our team and what we put on the field, if we win games, we don't have to worry about anything else.
Thank you. The Jets can only worry about themselves. What that Pats do or don't should not be our concern. The Jets need to focus on getting home field advantage.

Jets are probably Super Bowl champions last year, and maybe the year before, if Tom Brady is the QB. All Mark Sanchez had was a great offensive line, a great receiving corps and a strong running game. And he was basically useless against a shitty Indianapolis defense and would have been bounced in the first round if not for a great kick return by Cromartie and a great catch by Edwards (Which was also credit to Sanchez, not trying to take anything away from that last drive). Then he got to play a terrible New England defense before shitting the bed in the first half of the AFC Championship game.
You can say he came back well in the second half, but I can counter that and say Pittsburgh took their foot off the pedal.
Sanchez isn't a good quarterback, and you guys are kidding yourselves if you think what he's shown thus far is "Super Bowl Material." And it's frustrating that the Jets are a QB short of a championship right now.
I don't think Sanchez is bad by any stretch of the imagination. He's okay...and he did improve from year 1 to year 2. But it's year 3 now, and you don't see a lot of QBs that take more than 3 seasons to show you what you're going to get. If he doesn't become a top level QB this year, I don't think it's ever going to happen. I hope he really explodes this year, because with the Jets in "win-now" mode, it'll be a real shame to see the window of opportunity close because the QB was just mediocre. And don't kid yourselves, you know it was the Jets' defense that got them to back to back AFC title games.

I'd rather speculate that Mangini may have been a mole for Bill all along . Mangini had our players under mental duress most of the time focusing on character issue's rather than beating the opposition .
I think our defense will get to QB's this year and may even lead the league. some of those linebackers are going to make a difference with they are in there. westerman ,maybin, mauga.
I like jetsohfive's attitude . however Sanchez is not going to be Tom Brady or Manning but a pretty good QB just not a HOFer as of yet , he needs more time to reach his prime .
How would he perform under bill's system would be one way to judge Shanchez all thing considered .
we have the secondary with which to keep Brady at bay and we should see it on the scoreboard as well.

We're 3-2 against NE the past two seasons, so we've proven that the team is more than capable of topping Brady and co., but it has been other games against supposedly weaker opponents that have let us down. Develop a ruthless streak like the Pats have and it could be a very tight affair atop the AFC East.
