An update on New York's Transit Service
The subway system in New York City will most likely be available on a limited basis - at best - for Monday morning's commute. MTA buses, however, should be available sooner as streets are cleared.
"The worst fear we had, which was that the underriver tunnels on the East River would flood with saltwater, was not realized," Jay Walder, Chairman of the MTA, said earlier in a press conference. MTA inspectors will be walking tracks and running "non-revenue trains" before restoring passenger service at an uncertain time. "We'll do it in a way that is both safe for our customers and our employees."
PATH service remains suspended, and reports are saying that will not be restored until 9a Monday morning.
Trees are down on LIRR tracks, but nothing is flooded. The status for the LIRR is not known yet.
Metro-North rail tracks were flooded at several points through Westchester. The New Haven Line is without power due to power outages in western Connecticut. The New Canaan Line lost power today due to a tree falling onto overhead electrical wires.

Thanks Gmany.....here's a link for where I'm at with the flooding in many parts of Trenton including the train station. That'll be at the end of the video though. Water up a few feet damn near to the platform.

I will not be forgotten. This is my time to shine. I've got the scars to prove it. Only the strong survive.
