Chaos Icon : (Yesterday, 10:02 PM) they have no QB. 1-3 with eli/tannehill as your starter? i need another WR or RB to strengthen my team and Rivers is my best sell.
Chaos Icon : (Yesterday, 10:03 PM) kinda hoping to use the desperation to shore up my team

So your solution to the problem is to give in to them and just give them everything for free? If that's the case, then f*** it.....none of us should ever have to pay for anything such as healthcare or education. f*** it. You do that first & let me know how it works out for you. I guarantee your scumbag illegals wont come to your defense and our scumbag "president" wont help you out either.

What's wrong with you liberals? Your answer to stop them is to give in to them. My response would at least cut down on the number of these bloodsucking scum from coming here. If we started killing enough of them, they wouldn't want to take the risk now would they? But you know.....that makes too much sense and too many people are afraid of hearing the bitching, crying and moaning from a bunch of liberal pussies that don't have the backbone to defend their family by defending their borders. Nobama is a pussy just like every other piece of shit that ever wanted to give these scum free reign. Did you notice the other asshole that wanted to do this was Carter and he was the only other president to have an approval rating as low as this douchebag since the 1800's.

Carter huh. Jimmy Carter was the only other president that wanted to give these scum free reign. Well this is from PolitiFact...

The GOP candidates keep sparring over who's tougher on immigration. In this climate, dem is fightin' words to say your opponent supports "sanctuary" or "amnesty" for illegal immigrants.

But as Giuliani reminded his foes during the Jan. 5, 2008, Republican debate, none other than Ronald Reagan, the patron saint of modern-day conservatism, signed the very law that Republicans call amnesty.

Say it ain't so!

Sorry. It's so. In 1986, Reagan signed an immigration reform bill, the first in 20 years, that legalized the status for 1.7-million people.

Some defenders of the law dispute the term "amnesty."

But here's how Edwin Meese, Reagan's former attorney general, characterizes what his boss did: "President Reagan called this what it was: amnesty. Indeed, look up the term 'amnesty' in Black's Law Dictionary, and you'll find it says, 'the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act provided amnesty for undocumented aliens already in the country.' "

Reagan signed the bill after Republicans and Democrats cobbled together an amnesty program in response to concerns from farmers worried about harvesting profits. The official record of congressional debates shows that lawmakers intended the program to provide a steady supply of labor for growers of perishable crops, such as cherries, grapes, peaches, etc. At the time the bill was written, however, "perishable" was defined so loosely that more durable crops such as potted plants, tobacco and seedlings were lumped in as well.

So even at the start, this program could be interpreted in ways that would benefit employers looking to save on wages.

To qualify for temporary status, migrants had to show they entered the United States before Jan. 1, 1982, and that they had continuously resided since then. They could get permanent residency within 18 months after that if they met certain requirements, such as learning English. The program took effect in 1987, also covering up to 350,000 people who had worked in U.S. agriculture at least 90 days in each of the preceding three years.

Many have called the program a success because it awarded green cards to 2.7-million migrants, giving them the hope of entry to the American middle class.

In exchange for the amnesty, the new law was supposed to have beefed up border patrols and stiffened fines for both the migrant workers and employers in cases of violation. Alas, the law failed to stop illegal immigration, and many critics of the law say the government never thoroughly regulated employers who skirted the law's requirements.

This much is certain: If the law aimed to curb illegal immigration, it failed: When the law was passed, there were about 5-million illegal immigrants; now, there's an estimated 12-million.

When Reagan signed the law, many predicted it would encourage the hiring of more migrants, especially outside of agriculture, and that this would spur the backlash against immigration that we're seeing today.

Giuliani, it would seem, brought up Reagan's legacy to show how difficult the immigration issue is. In doing so, he didn't trip any alarms on the Truth-O-Meter, which scores him a True.

Oh no! Not the Gipper! Seems like we had another president other than Obama and Carter (and I don't know if he did or not) that wanted immigration reform. But with his pen that liberal pussy Ronald Reagan gave millions of illegal "scum" American citizenship. Unlike Obama or Bush or Carter it was Ronald Wilson Reagan that signed a bill into law that gave amnesty to illegal immigrants. BTW President Bush pushed for immigration reform when he was in office and the 2008 Republican nominee John McCain co-sponsored a immigration reform bill with Ted Kennedy of all people.

Just because you don't like my ideas doesn't mean they're wrong. I guarantee you that more Americans would support my ideas than would agree with you and the scumbag in the white house wanting to give these assholes free reign of our country.

Doesn't mean they're right either. You guarantee it? Alright Broadway Joe. :hysterical:

There are a few things I have realized about Mr. Jet over a few topics.

1) He is a racist. By constantly using race as a battling tool.
2) He is an extreme Liberal. If you are on either extreme you are probabaly more wrong than right.
3) He is one of those people who will never admit fault, error or defeat.
4)His life sucks and he takes it out on people who don't share in his views.

No. I skipped over the article because apparently you don't even read what you write. Put down the crack pipe, put on your glasses and read what you wrote. You said you were giving evidence to debunk that it's easy to get a student visa. You then provided information that this kid was already living here ON A STUDENT VISA. You apparently think a visa gives you permanent residency. Apparently in 27 years you haven't learned how to read or you have no reading comprehension skills. A visa does not grant you permanent residency nor is it meant to be a doorway to permanent residency. Again......hopefully you put down the crack pipe by now so you can understand this......one of the three requirements to obtain a student visa is the EXPECTATION THAT YOU WILL LEAVE. He's not being deported against his will. He agreed to leave after graduating. He's about to graduate so now its time for him to get the f*** out. Why is that so difficult for you to understand?

As for Americans doing the menial jobs.....who the f*** do you think did them before the illegals? Wow. I know you're you're young, but do you have ANY brain cells that are working yet?

Since it's apparently too difficult for you to uderstand, allow me to RE-post the requirements to get a student visa.

  • Have a residence abroad, with no immediate intention of abandoning that residence;
  • Intend to depart from the United States upon completion of the course of study; and
  • Possess sufficient funds to pursue the proposed course of study.

What part of that do you NOT understand?

The jobs we're talking about were always performed by either slaves or people who had just came to this country and didn't speak English. At no point were American citizens taking lowest end jobs en mass (except for the half decade of the depression).

Since you guys are so big on proof, please provide proof that Americans never did the jobs these illegal scum do. I guarantee you're wrong. MY father used to sweep Amtrak trains for a living. I have family that worked on farms theiur entire lives. Wanna try again with your grasping at straws?

Can you come up with anyone that is credible? And with your own numbers.....the number of illegal scum has more than tripled since the 80's. 12 million or more. I think that qualifies as an epidemic doesn't it? Your answer.....make them legal. I'm glad you're not a leader of this country. If this country is going to be led and continue down this path of self destruction & socialism/communism, then we are truly fucked. People are supposed to come here to want a better life. Now I understand why people do it illegally and dont want to become citizens. They get better treatment as criminals than us cityizens do. And sadly....there are too many citizens that don't share half a brain between all of you put together if you think that's the right thing to do. I give up on you guys. It's people like you that give American citizens a bad name. I can only pray that someday before I die we actually have someone with a set of balls in office that will care about the American citizens first rather than the rest of the world.

You really are an insecure little person aren't you? smh. It would be sad if it wasn't a little funny to me. So quick question my and SecondHand's intelligence yet we aren't the ones advocating shooting other human beings as if their lives didn't matter. You're the only one that is making himself sound like an uneducated meathead in this thread. You've done nothing but spread violent hate and bullshit generalizations in this thread. What you think because you're a few years older that you're automatically smarter? Get the f*** out of here that that nonsense. You're just another example that age and wisdom are not synonymous. Now again if you had read the article it would have shown a person with a working brain that could read the English language, that the article was about people that are documented but still face deportation and that the U.S. has long wait periods for people from high demand countries. The second article in that same thread was about a poll done asking people who have gone through the student visa process what that process was like. Actual foreign born students, many of whom didn't already live in the U.S. before going to college here (unlike Dream Act beneficiaries). The poll showed that it was more difficult to get a student visa than you say it is. This comes from actual people who've actually been through the process, unlike you. So I'm more inclined to believe people who have experienced the student visa process than I am inclined to believe what you say, someone who knows next to nothing about what he is talking about. Remember I read BOTH of the articles, you didn't.

Actually douchebag.....I DID read both articles. You cry that some kid's going to get deported because he's going to graduate. Well.....isn't that what he agreed to do upon submitting an application for a student visa? Or can you not read requirement number two out of the three in order to get the student visa? Apparently, I know FAR more than you do about the immigration process than you do. I've already caused peopel to be deported when they applied for the free healthcare insurance through NJFamilycare when I was running their eligibility processing unit. And I'm DAMN proud to have caused them to be deported.

I'm not promoting killing anyone coming here legally. I just feel that us American citizens shouldnt have to waste more money on deportation hearings that will never be followed through with or ICE (worthless) grants them asylum. Bullets ro the head are MUCH cheaper.

You apparently are of the mindset that a visa should automatically grant someone permanent residency or that it should set the trail to permanent residency. No. It shouldn't. It gives permission to be in the United States for a predetermined amount of time. In other words......TEMPORARY. Do you have the brain capacity to understand what that word means. It means NOT PERMANANT.

As for being insecure....I'm far from insecure. I'm secure enough in myself that I dont have to hide behind a computer screen or behind a bunch of liberal pussies crying that the taxpaying citizens of this country owe the world an education and a place to live. We don't OWE the world a damn thing. Every last one of those illegals can drop dead and I wouldn't feel bad for them. If they were on fire, I wouldn't piss on them to put them out.

You liberal pussies cry so much about "human rights"........where are the rights of American taxpayers like me that believe we shouldn't have to support the rest of the world? We have enough problems here in our own country to have to worry about everybody else.
I will not be forgotten. This is my time to shine. I've got the scars to prove it. Only the strong survive.

But RonalD Reagan is the conservative God. He could do no wrong. More importantly YOU said Carter and Obama were the only presidents that gave the "scum" free reign. But it was Reagan that actually gave them amnesty. Millions of them. Something neither Carter did or Obama has done. But you said Carter and Obama were the only ones and since you're so much older and smarter and always right, you must be right about this too. Right? Carter and Obama were the ONLY ones. LOL, just more proof you're just making this shit up as you go along. I don't know who's going to be your Superman who's going to wipe the country clean of illegal immigrants. Because it doesn't look like either Romney or Perry is going to be your Superman on this issue either. Maybe Dirty Harry will save the day for you. You know since you haven't yet done shooting yourself because you're waiting on me to give you the gun.

My bad that I forgot about a senile old man in the 80's. And if you think that NObama isnt giving them free reign maybe you should review how he got the Justice Deptartment all of Arizona's ass when they wanted to pass litigation regarding immigration. Educate yourself little man. FYI....Romey is against the illegals but has not been voicing his opinion as he knows that the large contingent of scum in this country would protest against him too much for him to get elected. Perry's too much of a pussy to do anything but give in to them. Who do you think was the first to want to give them free educations? You really are ignorant onthe subject aren't you?

What's wrong? Are you so butt hurt that people actually want illegals out of our country? Your boyfriend due to get deported or something?

Here.....educate yourself regarding the candidates.

Republicans head West, talk immigration

By Nia-Malika Henderson

Immigration has been one of the unexpected bright lines dividing the Republican field. Despite his militant approach to stopping the cross-border drug trade, Rick Perry’s no-border-fence stance and support of in-state tuition for illegal immigrant students has made him a target of the rest of the field, most of whom seem to be vying for the most conservative position.

Front-runner Mitt Romney, for example, referred to illegal immigrants as illegal aliens during one of the debates. Herman Cain has advocated building a Great Wall of China-like structure on the border. The candidates all have a similar stance on immigration reform:secure the border first, immigration reform later.

For Latino voters, immigration reform is tied with the economy as the most important issue Latinos think Congress and President Obama should address. Based on a new poll by Latino Decisions, 42 percent of Latinos rank immigration reform and the DREAM Act as the most important issues.
Former CEO of Godfather's Pizza Herman Cain looks on as Texas Gov. Rick Perry, left, and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney shake hands at the conclusion of a Republican presidential debate. (Justin Sullivan - GETTY IMAGES)

And how are the candidates, who appear out West Monday, faring?

Perry’s support of a Texas-style DREAM Act hasn’t bought him any good will with Latinos—according to the poll, 39 percent have an unfavorable view of him, with 22 percent viewing him favorably. Romney does slightly better, with 28 percent favorable ratings and 26 percent unfavorable. Cain is hardly known by Latinos, according to the poll of 600 Latino voters (52 percent said they had never heard of him, 15 percent had favorable views and 14 percent had unfavorable views). Perry is slightly better known than Cain and Romney.

Most Latinos are still leaning towards Obama, who has begun Hispanic outreach; 64 percent of those polled said they will likely vote for him. But analysts say that support is soft enough to provide an opportunity for Republicans who are interested in wooing Latinos.

“There is an opening if the Republicans change their messaging,” said Matt Barreto, polling director for Latino Decisions. “The problem is that the Latinos don’t know who [the candidates] are, and they aren’t having any positive outreach. They could easily soften their image and their rhetoric and make some inroads, but they are absolutely missing that chance right now.”

Romney also went on to say this in Florida:

Romney slammed Perry again while speaking at a conference of conservative activists in Florida:

"You heard us last night at that debate…One of the things that I still can't get over is the idea that a state would decide to give a $100,000 discount to illegals to go to school in their state. It is simply wrong to create that kind of magnet. It cannot be sustained. My friend, Gov. Rick Perry, said that if you don't agree with his position on giving that in-state tuition to illegals that you don't have a heart. I think if you're opposed to illegal immigration it doesn't mean you don't have a heart. It means that you have a heart and a brain."

Maybe you should take his advice and get yourself a heart & brain Mr. Ross.

So you have lost the Student Visa debate and know you are going after Reagan? One of the few Polititions who accomplished something? You may want to pick another fight.

He had to grasp at something Az considering he was getting owned on the immigration debate when it comes to visas. Reagan's only mistake was a senile moment in which he granted something close to 3 million illegals amnesty.

Its funny how he will argue his nonfactual info VS factual info. In other threads I have said he lacks the life experience to have a full understanding. Once he develops some net wealth his opinions will shift. Although he will probably always be a Lib.

I completely agree. He hasn't had the experience yet to realize what he is losing due to his position regarding the illegals and what they turly cost us taxpayers in this country. Hopefully someday he will see the light but he is entitled to his opinion. It just would've been nie if he knew how to have a civilized debate.

You might as well quit with that "I forgot" bullshit. You didn't forget anything, you didn't know that Reagan gave amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants. You can't forget something you didn't know in the first place. If you actually knew what you're talking about you'd know about what Reagan did in 1986 and that he not Carter was the president that gave the "scum" free reign.

Quote

FYI....Romey is against the illegals but has not been voicing his opinion as he knows that the large contingent of scum in this country would protest against him too much for him to get elected. Perry's too much of a pussy to do anything but give in to them. Who do you think was the first to want to give them free educations? You really are ignorant onthe subject aren't you?

First of all, who is Romey. I wouldn't be so quick to call others uneducated considering all the typos and misspellings you've littered all over this thread. You might not want to play that card if you're going to keep misspelling things. Anyway yeah Romney's against illegal immigration...except when they're mowing and raking the lawn of one of his mansions.

Quote

The Boston Globe

Lawn work at Romney's home still done by illegal immigrants

Standing on stage at a Republican debate on the Gulf Coast of Florida last week, Mitt Romney repeatedly lashed out at rival Rudy Giuliani for providing sanctuary to illegal immigrants in New York City.

Yet, the very next morning, on Thursday, at least two illegal immigrants stepped out of a hulking maroon pickup truck in the driveway of Romney's Belmont house, then proceeded to spend several hours raking leaves, clearing debris from Romney's tennis court, and loading the refuse back on to the truck.

In fact, their work was part of a regular pattern. Despite a Globe story in Dec. 2006 that highlighted Romney's use of illegal immigrants to tend to his lawn, Romney continued to employ the same landscaping company -- until today. The landscaping company, in turn, continued to employ illegal immigrants.

Two of the workers confirmed in separate interviews with Globe reporters last week that they were in the country without documents. One said he had paid $7,000 to a smuggler to escort him across the desert into Arizona; the other said he had come to the country with a student visa that was now expired. Both were seen on the lawn by either Globe reporters or photographers over the last two months.

Questioned this afternoon during two campaign stops in New Hampshire about the use of illegal immigrants on his property, Romney declined to answer. An aide said he would issue a statement, and Romney, emerging from a Concord restaurant, said, "Did you hear him? We'll give you a statement."

Later, the campaign issued a statement saying Romney had just learned -- apparently from Globe reporters -- of the company's continued practice of employing illegal immigrants, and immediately fired it.

"After this same issue arose last year, I gave the company a second chance with very specific conditions," Romney said in the statement. "They were instructed to make sure people working for the company were of legal status. We personally met with the company in order to inform them about the importance of this matter. The owner of the company guaranteed us, in very certain terms, that the company would be in total compliance with the law going forward.

"The company's failure to comply with the law is disappointing and inexcusable, and I believe it is important I take this action," Romney said.

For Romney, who has made curtailing illegal immigration a cornerstone of his presidential campaign, the revelation that he continued to employ the same landscaping company was likely to fuel criticism from his rivals, at least one of whom -- Giuliani -- has already mocked Romney's commitment to the issue on the trail.

Yeah Romney's against illegal immigration alright, except for the ones he paid to work for him. Romney's not going to do anything on the illegal immigration issue if he were president. He's just telling people like you what you want to hear so you'll overlook other things like him running as Democrat-lite against Ted Kennedy in 1994 and Romneycare, in the hope that you'll vote for him. Romney's the master flip flopper. Plus he's the businessman's candidate and he knows we use the underclass (like illegal immigrants) to do the grunt work in this country. The work he doesn't want to do. That's how this country was built. Romney's not going to do anything to change that, it would be bad for business if he did.

What's a politition? You mean politician? No wonder immigrants (legal and illegal) have problems learning English. It is kind of an ass back words language when you look at how some words are spelled and pronounced. I can't get too mad at you there. I know Reagan is your boy and all and you're one of those folks that thinks he did no wrong. But I wasn't the one that called him a piece of shit. That was your new best friend FlyHi here. I've called him senile in the past yeah, but not here and I didn't go as far as to call him a "piece of shit" on top of that. Again that was your new friend. You might want to talk to him about that and remind him we don't say bad things about Ronald Reagan when you're around. All I did was point out Reagan gave illegal immigrants amnesty and that's the truth.

Again I didn't call him a piece of shit. So don't go giving your lecture to me.

Listen you little douche. I actually have a life so I don't focus on illegal scum each day of my life like you. And yes I did know Reagan did it. I was old enough to know what was going on when it happened unlike you. You were still in diapers and you're acting like you still are. Get over yourself. You're not Mr. Perfect. Is that politically INcorrect for you?

You think I haven't already heard about Romney having illegals work for him? You're REALLY behind the times kid. I never said I was planning on voting for Romney anyway did I?

As for me having a few typos, big f***ing deal. Wow. Sometimes my fingers are faster and I hit a few wrong keys or in a wrong order. Ooooohhhh....you're so f***ing impressive. You couldn't compare to me on your best day little boy.

You're a funny little *beep*. In case you missed it dipshit, I just got married a month ago to a very beautiful WOMAN unlike you. And trust me.....I get laid far more than you. The last time you had pussy is when pussy had you most likely. As for my hostility and anger.....I have every right to be hostile and angry when I see people defending illegals and that support those scum stealing from people that actually give a shit about this country. Just because you're too much of a pussy to stand up for yourself doesn't mean everyone is. I asked you repeatedly to stop with the bullshit and you decide to continue on.
