Patriots Vs Denver

I mean I'll be honest im beginning to NOT like Tebow. I was a big supporter but this Cinderella story needs to end. Prater and that defense are making him look better then he really is. He is literally abysmal during the first 3 quarters. The defense usually has the team hanging around 10-3 in the 4th Q then he's able to compose a drive here and there for a field goal or a score late in the game.
I'm looking forward to this game because if you dig and probe one could say that the Patriots could lose. Tebow doesn't turn the ball over and usually always can move the chains a bit between the 20's. Should be interesting to see how the Pats defend Tebow and IF the Broncos can hold Tom Brady.

Why hate Tebow? Was it his doing that the Jets couldn't hold him down on the 5 yard line or that a lamebrained Marion Barber killed the clock by running out of bounds? He just got handed some opportunities and made the most of them. If the opposition had their heads on straight when they needed to be then we wouldn't be reading about Cinderella. I'm just pissed off that the Jets were the ones that really gave momentum to this aura thing. I don't dislike Tebow, I disliked the Jets on that Thursday for losing to a totally inept, shitty team.

...in other words, NE is going to kick their ass.

Exterminate all rational thought, that is the conclusion I have come to

All I want for Christmas is a jets playoff berth. I don't see Denver as a wild card threat but rather the eventual AFC west champ as the raiders look lost without their starting skill players on offense (what team wouldn't). The Bengals and Titans are the teams I see as fighting the jets for that 6th seed. I personally don't think the jets will win out. Every team we play could beat us, especially the Giants. 10-6 may get us in if each of those teams loses at least 1 more game each. The Steelers will get the 5th seed and that likely won't change. BTW, have the jets ever played against Michael Vick??

I agree except for the fact that they beat us and the media is blowing Denvers streak out of proportion. One would think Tebow is doing everything

I agree that Tebow is getting far more credit than his play probably deserves - against Chicago it was Matt Prater who won them the game with those two huge FGs. But the stick Tebow gets from certain quarters is unfair. It's not his fault that the media choose him to be the centre of attention and he always comes across as well spoken, modest and likeable (even if the focus he gives to his religion does grate, especially to atheists like me). You have to give him respect for the way he takes the criticism he gets too - just look at his reaction to Brian Urlacher's comment about him being a great running back.

Also Tebowing has been added to the English language and the move is patented....wtf is that???? There is a lot more to be found through searches.
What Tebow has done whether it be extreme luck, miracles,or just great smarts and athleticism the fans and media have taken it to far and it disgusts me.
As far as Tebow himself I respect what he has done but I really dont know what to think. I dont know if the man is really religious or just claims to be and basking in the fame. Either way Tebowing has gone way to far.

And for the record, while I've heard a lot about his 11-2 TD-INT ratio, his completion percentage is 48.5 and in the eight games he has started he has thrown for over 50% twice times.

Exterminate all rational thought, that is the conclusion I have come to

Since this is a Pats/Denver thread. Who would you rather see win ?
If Denver drops two that might help later on if we loose one of the next two.
Pats hold the tie-breaker over us so the division is most likely out of reach.
