Triple Crown
Tennis (but it is hard to catch as I don't have cable)
Some soccer is okay, but I don't know enough to follow anyone in particular so I don't watch much. If I got into it enough to watch on a regular basis I'd enjoy it. It is also another one that I have trouble catching without cable.
That's it. I'll watch some college basketball during the year and more as it nears March, then I try and watch matchups that interest me in the tournament. I don't watch the NBA, boxing, or other fixed sports. I also don't watch the Yankee Money Funnel League.

Exterminate all rational thought, that is the conclusion I have come to

1. US Mens National Soccer team
2. Phillies
3. Jets
4. UNLV hoops
5. Alabama football
Each of the top 3 have been, at one point or another, my most beloved team. The Jets, from 2002-2005, was the team I died hardest over. But after the debacle that was the 2005 season, I stopped letting myself get heartbroken over them (That changed last year when they fooled me twice).

Basketball
Everything else is second rate.
I'll watch almost anything.
Used to be a big boxing fan, lost touch with the sport.
Really like MMA but I'm not deep into the sport.

To watch and play. Though the only time I really watch tennis is during Wimbledon and the U.S. Open. But I love the summer Olympics.
Some sports are more fun to play than to watch. I really liked playing soccer and hockey (street hockey I should say) when I was younger. But I just can't watch them as a spectator.

Our generation really missed out when it comes to boxing. The lower weight classes are fine but there is nothing like heavyweight boxing and that's pretty much dead today. I would have loved being a boxing fan in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Ali, Frazier, Patterson, Foreman, Holmes, Tyson, Holyfield. That was a great era we missed out on. Now who knows who the undisputed heavyweight champion is? Outside of anticipating a Floyd and Manny fight, I could care less about pro boxing. Hopefully the heavyweights will return one day.

While he was slogging through stop-and-go traffic at the entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel, the car next to him was violently rear-ended. The quarterback threw his car into park, hopped out and ran to the woman whose car had been hit. She was wearing, of all things, an Esiason jersey, and was utterly shocked when he tapped on her window to check on her.
"Are you OK?" he said, trying to keep calm. "Are you OK?"
"Boomer? Is that you?" she asked the Good Samaritan, sounding disoriented. "I think I'm OK, but . ... "
But what?
"But you guys sucked."
Welcome to the New York Jets, Tim Tebow.
