Pace is terrible. I really hate that Rex keeps dropping him in coverage. he is horrible at it. If we're going to drop a linebacker into coverage i'd rather see Davis or Muaga in there.

In real games they can do different things to compensate for our LBs struggling in pass coverage more. They will move Revis around following #1 WRs, they will get physical with the TEs and RBs to slow them down. With how good our CBs are, they can flood the middle vs good TE teams.

Our interior pass rush is going to be so much better than last season. Quinton Coples looks like he can play and Wilkerson looks like hes going to take the next step. Kenrick Ellis definitely looks better than last year, so much talent with that guy, he just has to keep working hard and continue to improve his technique and game.

Whats nice is with improved interior pressure, it will force QBs back more and allow Maybin more chances for sacks and all of our outside rushers really.


Our defense is going to be nasty baring injuries. Our schedule isn't full of great offenses and we have 3 rookie QBs on the schedule. Tannehill, Luck, and Wilson.

Ellis looked great last night! Very excited about him. He may be able to give us a presence we have not had since Jenkins. Couples looks like he can be a great player. Letss see if he can make it 16+ games without wearing down to much.

coples smashed newton and wilkerson sent him a message with that forearm to the chin as he was getting up. I'l loving the ferocity from this pass rush. Ellis is gonna be very good, but i'm thinking coples can be defensive rookie of the year
