I don't know if anyone else is watching SportsCenter this morning but long time Jets hater and former player Jason Taylor actually just picked the Jets to have the top Defense in the AFC. There's no doubt we're going to need it considering how anemic our Offense is.

Thoughts?

I could see it. I think this is the most talent we have had on defense in the 3 years that Rex has been HC of the team, this defense has been top 5 in YPG every season under Rex. WE had a one of the best pass defenses last year, our run defense struggled some but I see our run defense getting back to an elite level. Bart Scott looked like he did in 2009/2010 in these preseason games.

If you look at our schedule, we only play a couple of top tier QBs. Most of our schedule is vs mediocre or rookie QBs. Also, Rex Ryan is going to be calling the defense again.
