Mark was able to pick out his receivers today with relative ease. I don't want to say this too loud but maybe just maybe we have fixed the protection problems by dealing The Turnstile to St. Louis and installing Howard. D looked awesome. Was very happy with the performance today although the Jets took their foot off the gas in the 2nd half and let the Bills put a respectable face on the final score. Penalties were kept to a minimum. Big acid test against the Steelers next week.

Did Mark Get Sacked At All Today? O Line Looked Good From Where I Was Sitting

nope, the OL played really well today in pass protection. Howard looked good at RT, much better than hunter that is for sure.
I liked that they were more agressive with the WRs, Sanchez looked awesome today. Highest YPA average of his career, besides the Bengals playoff game but he only threw 15 passes.
I posted before how every QB under Schotty had a 6 YPA, so I think we could see it over 7 this year with Sanchez hopefully. He was decisive and played with confidence. Sparano has said that he likes explosive chunk plays in the passing game, we certainly were getting more of the 20+ yard gainers than last season. Our young WRs looked good, Hill and Kerley. Cumberland made some plays at TE as well.
Great way to start off the season.
