We can't even run a ground and pound offense, because our starting RB is possibly the worst starting RB in the NFL. Hes awful and the Jets better not re-sign him.

Protection was pretty poor against Miami, while our receivers have been dropping numerous balls. Sanchez' completion percentage the past two weeks has been poor, but his overall play so far doesn't merit talk about moving him on.

Agreed, hes been under pressure the last 2 games. Lamar Woodley was getting constant pressure lining up vs Howard and the same thing with Cameron Wake. Howard has been getting beat by the speed rush, but at least he hasn't been a human turnstile like Hunter. Sanchez has been doing a good job at avoiding the rush so far, he was only sacked once vs the Dolphins, despite getting hit a bunch of times and under pressure on most of the drop backs.
It would help if we could run the ball better, but Greene has been awful so far. The Jets really should give Powell some more carries and see what he can do.

I am not saying we need to move on. I have been a Sanchez supporter. All QBs have pressure. Its football. My issue with him is he seems to be jumpy, like he is scared to get hit or he is anticipating the hit. This causes him to rush throws and he is less accurate than he should be. Wrs have been dropping balls but he has been throwing alot of passes behind people, over people etc... Just not accurate, making it harder on the WR. Mainly on crossing routes. When I rewatch the game (DVR) it is pretty clear he is having issues. Its not all on him but he has done his part. Also as far as the upgrading comment.... I feel that way about every position not just QB.

The Jets have been like that for a while now, some reason our defense doesn't blitz like it used to. The drop off was significant last season and is carrying over to this season. Soft zone coverage with 4 man rushes with Wilkerson and McIntyre at DE, Pouha and Devito at DT. No wonder why we get no pass rush. we need Coples to get playing time and step it up

Its WAY too early for people to be calling for us to trade Sanchez considering Teblow will be asking to be traded in the offseason and we won't be getting much more than a 6th or 7th for his worthless as$. Teblow should be used as a TE, but obviously he can't catch either so he's worthless there too.

And the Starting RB looks like he might not get back into the starting lineup , that is a problem we should have but we don't . we are our own worst enemy calling Bill Parcels .

Eli didn't make his teammates better in his early days. Eli's 4th season in the league was his worst, even if he won the SB that year. People had doubts about him being a franchise QB, the bust talks were around, it ended with that SB run with him managing the games.
