SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 AM) You know what I do? Not go to the fuckin games LOL
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 AM) And it's not just me because the Mets suck, Yankees can't sell out anymore at all
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 AM) Shit, even Mets vs Yankees wasn't sold out
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 AM) That never happened in the 90s
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 AM) ghetto fries
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:05 AM) whats amusing is at nationals stadium the staff is the worst
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:05 AM) they don't give a shit
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:05 AM) specially sunday morning
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 12:06 AM) How so?
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 12:06 AM) Do they make you watch the Nationals?
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:06 AM) every time they handed me my food or what not then i had to go to the register to pay i just walked away because the queue was too long
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:06 AM) people running the registers just go super slow
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:07 AM) no one there is in charge of making sure the customers are following the process
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 12:11 AM) Wait, you pay after you get your food?
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 12:11 AM) How does that even work?
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 12:11 AM) Everywhere you pay when you place your order
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:12 AM) well its decided getting some booze tomorrow afternoon and drinking every time i head lebron's head band referenced
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:12 AM) like i said the concession stands are a mess
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 12:12 AM) You might die
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:12 AM) there were multiple people behind the counter
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:13 AM) so you could just go up to it and ask for what you wanted and 1 out of the 5 people would be on a single register
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:13 AM) so eventually you were just handed your food
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:13 AM) expecting for someone to approach the register you were standing infront to charge you
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:13 AM) or you were led to believe maybe you had to go line up to the one that had a cashier with people already waiting on it
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:14 AM) so a lot of the times when i was just handed the food i requested i would stand there look around see them go back to being distracted on their boost mobile phones or whatever reason and walked away
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:14 AM) i got 6 pretzels like this for the group i was with and 3 hot dogs
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:15 AM) my ticket one time had like 5$ towards concessions or what not their scanner wasnt working at the register so it wasnt reading it right or she didnt know what she was doing. she tried to scan it 3 times then litterally just turned away so i was standing there asking if it was all good no one answered so i just walked away with the food
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:18 AM) probably doesn't help that they are hiring people from one of the worst parts of dc
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:19 AM) in fact all the stadiums in dc are in very low income areas probably to exploit this work force
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 12:31 AM) No stadiums are in low income areas because that's how they get municipal bonds to finance construction. "Look, we're giving black people jobs! Pay for our stadium!!!"
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:32 AM) right
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:48 PM) New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will face a lawsuit for allegedly shooting a man after an altercation at a Miami strip club.

TMZ.com broke news of this stunning development, as the lawsuit was filed in Florida federal court on Wednesday—five days prior to authorities searching Hernandez's Massachusetts home for an apparently unrelated homicide case.
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 02:41 PM) A well-placed source told Paul Lukas, who writes Uni Watch for ESPN.com, that Revis paid safety Mark Barron $50,000 to get the No. 24 from the second-year safety.
Mr_Jet Icon : (Yesterday, 04:06 PM) I've watched about 3 minutes of ESPN today and have already heard the word "headband" twice.
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 04:13 PM) yea i'm going to get hammered
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 05:29 PM) that left side of japan is no joke
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 05:33 PM) damn that was so karate
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 05:45 PM) http://i.minus.com/iqVziQ4MnbBdg.gif
Chaos Icon : (Yesterday, 06:57 PM) James Gandolfini passed away
Chaos Icon : (Yesterday, 06:58 PM) he was 51, suspected heart attack
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 07:01 PM) I guess that means no soprano movie
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:14 PM) he was also a JETS fan
Mr_Jet Icon : (Yesterday, 07:46 PM) That's a surprising death but him dying of a heart attack is not a surprise.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:53 PM) Anyone had him in the pool?
santana Icon : (Today, 12:16 AM) nope

Look were all fans of this team, each of us view this team a little different and see it through different eyes. I've been called a "sellout" because I've been critical of this.

Quote

Sanchez is No. 26 in the NFL in passing yards (1,043) and No. 31 in passer rating (66.6), and he has thrown just six touchdown passes to go with six interceptions. His 48.4 completion percentage is dead last in the NFL.

Hey maybe it's me but it's obvious. He's played pretty bad football and I know... TRUST ME I know he's been put into an ugly situation. Mike Tannenbaum has FAILED this organization and it's fans. He has squandered hundreds of millions of dollars signing F.A's each off season. He has all but destroyed this entire team. He has FAILED on his investment with Sanchez. How can you possibily expect him to perform? look at the WR's and look at the fail of recognizing this postion succeeds only with CONTINUITY. Look at the WR's Sanchez has had?

2009 - Stuckey, Cotchery, B. Smith, Clowney, Keller
2010 - Braylon, Holmes, B. Smith, Turner, Keller
2011- Plaxico, Holmes, Kerely, Turner, Keller (not to mention one God awful decision to sign Derrick Mason)
2012- Holmes, Hill, Kerely, Schilens, Keller

This is the reason Mark Sanchez will likely fall. Mike Tannenbaum ruined his chances of developing.

Look around the league. All of the teams with a good or elite QBs KEEP the same WR's year in and year out. We get to 2 AFC championship games and what does he do? shuffles the roster up and expects the coaches to figure it out. He's done an absolutely piss poor job with this team in the last 4 years.

Sanchez will fall as a result, at this point it's inevitable. The team has no nucleus. Our superbowl window has came and gone. This team will have to tear down and reassemble and it can't happen soon enough.

I would continue but there has been so much fail I'm too tired and too sick of discussing it. It's bad folks.

I get your point but a good QB can make due with the options he has. Look at peyton manning. The guy was out of football for a year, joined a new team and the only option he was familiar with is an OK TE in Tamme. Manning has had a few hiccups this season but overall the guy is looking really good this season. I am in no way comparing sanchez to peyton on a talent level but the revolving door of WRers isn't the reason sanchez has been below average for his career. Everyone can have their own opinions on why sanchez isn't panning out but I mean look at some of the other young QB's in the league such as dalton, Luck, and RGIII. in the two rookies cases...they have had less time to get used to their new options, not to mention the time to adjust to NFL speed, and they have already have had better 4 game stretches than sanchez has ever had. Talented QB's makes lesser talent around them better. Sanchez needs elite talent around him to look like an average starter. Sanchez is at best, a high end back up as far as I am concerned. Our GM isn't at fault for sanchez's downfalls, its his lack of talent that is responsible for sanchez's downfall.

It seems like whenever the jets get a high draft pick there is never a surefire can't miss guy at the position we need. In the recent drafts we had gholston who was huge upside guy that didn't pan out. D'brick who by no means was considered sure fire because of weight issues...athletic but undersized. He has been pretty good but he wasn't a Joe thomas lock. Sanchez is in that boat to...he was no andrew luck or peyton manning prospect (yes we traded up, I know), sanchez was a high potential boom or bust pick...and its leaning heavily towards the bust side of things.

Anyways, the way sanchez's contract was extended, we may be stuck with him again next year....which may not be a bad thing because there is a good chance the jets will be even younger and rebuilding. Sanchez wont have the talent around him so we could easily be in line for a high pick...lets just hope for once there is a QB prospect there that isn't so boom or bust.

since I spent so much time down on it."-Tom Brady

When I first read this I thought Peyton is not a good QB.... He is a great QB. Elite would be the correct term I believe. There are only four in the league I can think of. Fans always expect we can just want and get these elite players. If that were the case every team would have a Peyton. I do agree that an elite QB will bring up the talent around him though.

We took Mangold, Brick, Revis all in the first round. All have played well. Vern was a huge gamble and we lost. Wilson the jury is still out. LT was a need as well as center and corner. Remember we released Mawai and Abraham retired, leaving holes at corner and center and we had nobody on the roster that could play LT.

I think when fans look around the league and see Rogers dropping in the draft, Brady picked in the 6th and Brees in the second ect.... We tend to pool all these players together as one teams benefit and think why dont we have 3 elite players. We forget about Harris and Revis that we drafted. I dont believe the drafting is the major problem. I think it is how we handle FA that gets us in trouble.

The ONLY person I can agree with in this thread is S-dubb but that's only partially. The partial is that Sanchez has NOT had the tools necessary to develop. You TebLOW lovers can compare him to Manning if you want to, but that's honestly a ridiculous thing to do. Even Manning struggled in the beginning.

If you guys open your eyes, you'd see that the team leads the league in droppes passes and that the team, while having virtually no offensive weapons, is starting to gel and actually playing well. Even in the loss on Monday, the same sorry as$ Jets, the same sorry as$ Sanchez gave the best fight that Houston has had all year and then just got done wearing out the same Indy team that came back and beat Green Bay a week ago. Keep in mind, going into that game, Green Bay had the #1 pass defense in the league.

We're at .500 and COULD still be tied for 1st place if Seattle knocks off New England. Next week we'll see what we're made of when we play the Pats.
I will not be forgotten. This is my time to shine. I've got the scars to prove it. Only the strong survive.

When someone annoys u, it takes 42 muscles in ur face 2 frown. BUT, it only takes 4 muscles 2 extend ur arm & b!tch-slap that mother@*?!&! upside the head!!
