Will he stay with the 49ers? If he goes elsewhere would you guys consider him as an option this offseason? I'd see him as an upgrade over Sanchez.

Alex Smith is terrible. I would bet $100 that Sanchez on the 49ers would do better.

Smith is not the answer as he'd be a band-aid over a foot long wound. Does anyone recall the criticism he got about fumbling so often in his first few seasons?
