Jets are doing jets related things also... THE KNICKS.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:55 PM) Teammates talking shut about Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) In case you haven't heard, because why would anyone report on the Giants, Nicks is also holding out
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) That makes both Cruz and Nicks.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) But who cares, Sanchez threw 3 "interceptions"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) ?
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) why would we give a f*** about the Giants?
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 03:04 PM) gg03 jimmies are riled
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) You're not in NY. All the backpages are focused on Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) None of the NY media even mention Cruz or Nicks
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:40 PM) nicks isn't holding out. he's injured still and taking it easy. cruz is holding out. why it isn't a big ordeal IDK. it would be for us
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) maybe because theyre not that far off.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) Cruz wants to return back, they'll figure it out.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) 3 mil a year off or 30% less then cruz wants. tahst alot of money to be off
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) cruz doens't want to leave NY cause teh extra money he'll get in endorsements plus he knows taht they can RFA him this year and then Franchise next year so he might not be able to get a LTD for 3 years
Mr_Jet Icon : (Yesterday, 05:21 PM) Clemens11/Tebow15 (soon to be Smith7) said if we had just drafted Crabtree and Nicks and kept Clemens, we'd be good.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) No, he can't be Smith7
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) his name is reserved for garbage QBs, we don't want Geno to be bad
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) He can be McElroy14
extmenace Icon : (Yesterday, 06:51 PM) we're taking bridgewater next year with the number 1 pick and treating geno like a jimmy clausen.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:53 PM) What makes Bridgewater better than Geno?
HurricaneJet32 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:12 PM) everything
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:56 PM) ^
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:16 PM) college players always get hyped up before the draft process, just wondering what makes him so much better.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) Stronger arm, plays in a pro system, better throwing motion, better athlete
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) there's probably nothing Geno does right now that's better than what Teddy does
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 10:25 PM) Wouldn't it be funny with Bridgewater ends up having the type of season Barkley had?
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) better athlete but never runs as well
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) stronger arm but rarely throws deep
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) I am trying to find this article, but Bridgewater had about the least amount of 40+ throws in college football
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:49 AM) I wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't viewed as highly next year. College players always get hyped up a year before the draft process. People change their opinions quickly.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 07:56 AM) I'll put a good amount of money that Bridgewater is still highly regarded coming out next year.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:00 AM) ok I found the chart
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:00 AM) Bridgewater had 0% of his passes go 40+ yards in college
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:02 AM) he could be, I'll wait though
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:02 AM) I doubt Smith will be as bad as Clausen anyways
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:03 AM) I remember watching Clausen in a NFL game and the guy couldn't even throw a spiral.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:03 AM) Geno has been impressing teammates with how well he can spin the ball and sling it.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 08:31 AM) I hope Geno turns out to be a f***ing monster
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Today, 10:52 AM) andrew luck was hyped up for like 3 years before he entered teh draft
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 11:34 AM) tehhhh
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 11:37 AM) it wasn't for 3 years and Andrew Luck is the best QB prospect to come out in years. Teddy Bridgewater most likely isn't Luck or RGIII
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 11:40 AM) I've only seen Bridgewater play once. That was against Florida, I actually watched that game.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 12:12 PM) Teddy will be a good NFL QB I think
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Today, 12:52 PM) THE KNICKS

If this organization does not change it's philosophy we will always play second fiddle to the Giants and the CHEATriots.
1) Woody Johnson needs to sell this team in order to stop this cycle of failure (Every HC that Woody has hired has been a Rookie HC after Parcells left who was hired by Leon Hess)
2) TannenBUM needs to get shit canned
3) Rex might need to get fired
4) Sanchez needs to traded
5) TeBLOW needs to be released
6) Calvin Pace, Bart Scott, Bryan Thomas, Eric Smith, David Harris need to be all released
7) The Defense needs to get more athletic by replacing those listed at #6
8) We need a legitimate #1 WR and RB on Offense
9) We need to analyze how we scout cause we've had more disappointments in the draft than we have had successful picks

Who is going to trade for Sanchez when he's supposed to make $10,000,000 guaranteed next season?

#1 thing that needs to happen. FIRE TANNENBAUM!!! His personnel decisions have been awful and this team has no talent, this team has been sinking fast with him and he needs to go.

Woody Johnson should sell the team if he picks losers again, how about instead of hiring a rookie coach again go and spend money on a experienced coach? My ideal situation would be hiring Bill Cowher. Reports are that Jon Gruden is eyeing his return to the NFL next season, would be a change from defensive minded coaches. Then there is possibly Andy Reid available, though he may want some time off.

Ok so realistically

#1 woody is not selling the team
#2 the scapegoat will most likely be Rex Ryan
#3 tanny will stick around post Rex. deliver yet another speech introducing the next head coach and how every position is being reevaluated but will give zero insight into anything specific
#4 the jets will cut the most expensive players on the roster that are expendable derp
#5 off season will have one or two FA signings that will get the half the fan base excited and the other half will be annoyed

1 - Not happening.
2 - He can go to accounts.
3 - Unlikely.
4 - Not happening. Sanchez is on the Jets next year, starting or not.
5 - Could potentially be released but I think he needs to be traded (if possible). Don't think cutting him is happening.
6 - Pace, Scott, Thomas, Smith are all gone. Harris is coming back. His contract has him in green until 2014.
7 - Until they draft better, not going to happen.
8 - Again, they need to draft better. These guys are not going to get signed. Hill needs to learn how to catch. Kerley looks to be decent. Jets need to use McKnight. Powell is looking good lately. Greene is a FA. Holmes is back next season AND will be in green until 2014 at least.
9 - Agreed. 100x agreed. This starts with the GM so refer to your second point.

In the back of my mind I think the FO is getting the cap in order for a run at the SB when we host it. If I remember correctly we are $8 million under now and when Bart and Pace are gone we will have alot more. This is a long shot but it is the only hope I have right now for this team. I just have a hard time beleiving the FO thought we would be competitive with the crap players we put on the field.

The easiest thing to do is to change the team you are a fan of. find a team that best fits your idea of a great organization and that is it . you will be happy for many years to come. the jets sign a contract with the devil back during the merger so the business men could expand their profits across the United states . the jets were given the super bowl victory to solidify the merging afl into the new NFL but that they would not get back to the super bowl ever again.sounds true doesn't it ?
