No anger in my response - sorry if you took it that way. Exasperation maybe. I am always amazed at people who know something when there is no way they can know it. To begin with, Sanchez played 1 year in college and didn't win a championship. In fact, you should go online to Wikipedia and read about his college career. It is enlightening.
Then to be so sure that McElroy isn't the answer amazes me. I didn't say he was. I said he should be given the opportunity because we know Sanchez isn't. You seem to believe that Sanchez is the best of the three and should therefore play. But Tebow played 10 games last year and while he looks dorky, brought the Broncos to the playoffs and beat Pittsburgh. That's something that Sanchez has not been able to do.
I look at the game differently. To me its about winning and putting the proper player in the position. I know Sanchez is terrible. I know Tebow has terrible mechanics but seems to win. I know McElroy has won wherever he has gone and might very well be our best option. But I don't have a job to protect like Tanny and Ryan. I just call it as I see it. You are trying to make a case for a QB that has been given more chances and more patience than possibly any QB I have ever seen and he sucks. Why keep lobbying for him? I don't get it.

yes mcelroy won a BCs championship but sanchez won the rose bowl which is the superbowl of college football

Named the starter in 2008, Sanchez led USC to a 12–1 record and won the Rose Bowl against Penn State for which Sanchez was awarded the Most Valuable Player award for his performance on offense.
And i'm not 100% sure cause there is always the tom brady factor. but i'm 99% sure he'll never be an NFL starter. Tebow took the broncos to the playoffs and won a game but everyone knew he sin't starting material QB in the NFL and i'd still give him the chance over McElroy. HE practices eveyr day with the team, they have film on him. If they thought he was any good with the struggles sanchez had had the last 2 years they would have put him in by now.
and yes as i stated tebow did take them to the playoffs. sanchez did it for us 2 years in a row to the AFC champ game as a rookie and a 2nd year player. sanchez has led this team on SB runs 2 out of 4 years in the NFL. You can't ignore that cause the whole team is crap. our 2 bets players are on IR. we have no o-line and no playmakers on offense and no pass rush on defense. unless McElroy can catch TDs and block pass rushers, him ebing in the game won't make a difference. Peyton manning couldn't take this team to the playoffs as it stands right now.
The Worst part of your argument is you say sanchez isn't a winner and tebow and McElroy are, yes sanchez started 1 year in college and won the rose bowl, then as a rookie took us to the AFC champ game, and then did it again as a second year player , and he's not a winner? but tebow is for going to the playoffs one time and McElroy is for what he did in college? your argument makes no sense.
