Due to most of the people, like myself, freaking out at this entire year of the Jets, I decided to make a poll on the some of the worst situations to transpire with this organization of all time.
If anyone answers Other of course, please feel free to post what that was in the comments section. And since there are sooooo many wonderful moments in the history of this organization, feel free to pick more than one moment, but please make it 3 moments at most. Thank you, and let the debate begin!

I do agree that the championship games were hard to swallow for a lot of Jets fans, but they were definitely not frustrating for the fact that the team was considered a "very good" team, and weren't embarrassing from start to finish. However I did mention the Doug Brien missing the two potential GW FG's in the divisional playoff.

How could anyone not vote for belichick leaving as the worst. In one move, the pats turned into a dynasty and we turned mostly into a laughing stock. Also, Gastineau vs. Browns was in 1986 playoffs. That was the year we started 10-1 the lost our last 5 games.

Certainly during the years I've been a Jets fan (since the early 2000s) this year has been the most depressing. Previous years have had their fair share of miserable moments that you'd wish never happened. This year though, it just seems that the wounds have been more self inflicted than at other times. We've done less with more talent before, but I don't think we've ever had a team, especially the offense, built with such deliberate complacency. Under Edwards and Mangini we had down years, but then they were largely caused by having a brittle QB; this year we've been horrific for the vast majority of the season with Sanchez under center. The injury to Revis (and that suffered by Holmes) didn't help but it's easier to make up for the loss of a corner than it is your signal caller on offense. I don't think we've had as many losses as horrible to watch as this year either (Tennessee, Seattle, New England, San Francisco and Miami), while there was the most unconvincing victory I think any team has recorded against Arizona.
The good news it will be over in a fortnight. But then comes an uncertain offseason...
