With all the disappointment of this seasons, bright spots are hard to find. Coples is having himself a nice rookie season. 28 tackles and 5.5 sacks (leads team) in 15 games is pretty good. As his role expands, he should continue to be more productive. Good pick.

Our DL has a future with him and Wilkerson, both are emerging players. Wilkerson is becoming a elite player, its too bad that the scrubs around him are making it harder to see how good hes been this season. All we need is a good edge rusher and our pass rush will be pretty good.

Pretty disappointing that our leader in sacks has been a situational player. That it's Coples bodes well for the future, but still you want more from your players who are in the game on the majority of the defensive snaps.

Hopefully once Rex is booted out the door we can get a coach that will get the Jets back to using a 4-3.
