don't confuse the pittsburgh organization with b. cowher.
the steelers are a well oiled machine that has produced even after he left.
mind you, he needed alot of help from the refs in that superbowl vs. seattle. and prior to that they kept coming up short as a team.
cowher is a coach, not a gm.
unless he's going to steal some scouting guys from the steelers, he's all hype.
