Obviously the Superbowl. No question. To make it to the Bowl and lose is the worst. Losing the conference game is bad but not even close to losing the Bowl.

I disagree, at least you are the AFC / NFC champion. Losing in conference championship game is way worse. Getting to the show is rewarding in itself.

Well since we have only experienced the AFC Championship failure, it sucks but I bet getting to the Super Bowl and ending up on the short end of the stick would sting a little more...but as far as this poll I chose Super Bowl...but clearly losing either would both suck...
