Jets are doing jets related things also... THE KNICKS.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:53 PM) buttfumble on thanksgiving was the low point of his career
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:55 PM) Teammates talking shut about Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) In case you haven't heard, because why would anyone report on the Giants, Nicks is also holding out
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) That makes both Cruz and Nicks.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) But who cares, Sanchez threw 3 "interceptions"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) ?
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) why would we give a f*** about the Giants?
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 03:04 PM) gg03 jimmies are riled
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) You're not in NY. All the backpages are focused on Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) None of the NY media even mention Cruz or Nicks
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:40 PM) nicks isn't holding out. he's injured still and taking it easy. cruz is holding out. why it isn't a big ordeal IDK. it would be for us
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) maybe because theyre not that far off.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) Cruz wants to return back, they'll figure it out.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) 3 mil a year off or 30% less then cruz wants. tahst alot of money to be off
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) cruz doens't want to leave NY cause teh extra money he'll get in endorsements plus he knows taht they can RFA him this year and then Franchise next year so he might not be able to get a LTD for 3 years
Mr_Jet Icon : (Yesterday, 05:21 PM) Clemens11/Tebow15 (soon to be Smith7) said if we had just drafted Crabtree and Nicks and kept Clemens, we'd be good.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) No, he can't be Smith7
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) his name is reserved for garbage QBs, we don't want Geno to be bad
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) He can be McElroy14
extmenace Icon : (Yesterday, 06:51 PM) we're taking bridgewater next year with the number 1 pick and treating geno like a jimmy clausen.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:53 PM) What makes Bridgewater better than Geno?
HurricaneJet32 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:12 PM) everything
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:56 PM) ^
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:16 PM) college players always get hyped up before the draft process, just wondering what makes him so much better.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) Stronger arm, plays in a pro system, better throwing motion, better athlete
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) there's probably nothing Geno does right now that's better than what Teddy does
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 10:25 PM) Wouldn't it be funny with Bridgewater ends up having the type of season Barkley had?
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) better athlete but never runs as well
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) stronger arm but rarely throws deep
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) I am trying to find this article, but Bridgewater had about the least amount of 40+ throws in college football
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:49 AM) I wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't viewed as highly next year. College players always get hyped up a year before the draft process. People change their opinions quickly.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 07:56 AM) I'll put a good amount of money that Bridgewater is still highly regarded coming out next year.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:00 AM) ok I found the chart
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:00 AM) Bridgewater had 0% of his passes go 40+ yards in college
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:02 AM) he could be, I'll wait though
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:02 AM) I doubt Smith will be as bad as Clausen anyways
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:03 AM) I remember watching Clausen in a NFL game and the guy couldn't even throw a spiral.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:03 AM) Geno has been impressing teammates with how well he can spin the ball and sling it.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 08:31 AM) I hope Geno turns out to be a f***ing monster
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Today, 10:52 AM) andrew luck was hyped up for like 3 years before he entered teh draft
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 11:34 AM) tehhhh
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 11:37 AM) it wasn't for 3 years and Andrew Luck is the best QB prospect to come out in years. Teddy Bridgewater most likely isn't Luck or RGIII
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 11:40 AM) I've only seen Bridgewater play once. That was against Florida, I actually watched that game.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 12:12 PM) Teddy will be a good NFL QB I think

Debating making a move out of Cheeseland and debating whee to go. On one hand I have family in NY, AZ, SC, GA, FL and WI on the other I have lived there before. Things that are important to us are good schools that are properly funded, reasonable cost of living including taxes, social events and of course jobs. So what or where would you move and why?

I enjoyed my brief stay in tampa florida last month. Didn't feel that over populated. I don't think i could sustain the hot weather all year but it seemed nice. No income tax also. I'm sure someone else on the board can hopefully give unbiased suggestion or further info about tampa. If I had to make the same decision for my parents I would send them in that direction.

Another suggestion is richmond va low cost of living. I had a great paying job there almost zero traffic and good airport.

I do not think I would want to live in the south again. Hot, Very humid and Slooowwww. I do have family in FL (Orlando, Vero Beach). The places I am researching now are Denver CO. Eastern KY TN area and western Oregon. All have a good income to expense ratio, good schools and things to do. I will say that suprisingly KY and TN really have intrested me. I may take a little trip next month during spring break.

I like to move. I consider it a life experience. My field of work allows me to find a job just about anywhere. I guess I like change. More exploring right now than a firm choice. Also tired of snow. Has not been above freezing here for probably six weeks.

My family used to have a house in Denver, CO. Grandparents sold it a couple of years before they died. Really loved the area when I was there although I haven't been back in a while. Recently passed legislation might make me want to go back though :victory:

When I lived in AZ I used to go to Bronco games with some friends and have done a few MTB races in the area as well. I would say I have spent enough time there to say I believe I would like it. Before I moved to WI, I considered FT. Collins. I could have transferred with Wells Fargo since there was a DM position open at the time. It would have been a step down though so I went to WI. Also my wife has family here. The more I read about Knoxsville and Asheville the more I like it. Planning a trip through that area over spring break.

Denver rarely gets as cold as WI/MN (-13 below last Friday morning). It will get hit with snowstorms, but the daily average high is still 45 degrees in January. I have family in Boulder, and every time I have been out there it has been great.

I think once I reach retirement age I'm going to move to southern California. Probably Santa Barbara. I can't see myself as an old man still dealing with snow.

Hopefully in a few years Americans will be able to travel to Cuba as tourist. That's where I'd like to visit. Hopefully Castro will finally die soon and maybe that will do more to ease restrictions.

The cost of living is a little to high in SoCal. Also I really don't like high temps. AZ was like a damn oven. One of the reasons I left. Hilton Head Island was nice but very tourist driven. Also getting over populated. Otherwise I did like the south for the most part.

Speaking of the cost of living...I'm looking to go to graduate school in the Fall and I'd want to move into graduate student housing, they want $1,500 a month for a studio :banghead: . Here in NYC though that's about the norm.

What does that include? Utilities, Phone, Internet, or Cable?

I've been pushing to move out West for a while. In the last 2 years, I had friends move to San Diego, LA, Vegas (3 different people) and Seattle. My wife loves LA. I would do Vegas, but it's too damn hot and I'm not sure how it will be once my son starts getting out and about. I floated the idea of FL but she said she'd rather move to Jamaica. I really hate the winter so I'm looking to go South or West.

It comes furnished, wi-fi/cable ready, and includes all utilities. In the grand scheme of things it isn't that bad

If this is in the city, that's actually a bargain.
