SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:08 PM) Me and my wife stayed at the Mirage but we had a rental so we just came and went, we only went clubbing on the strip. I didn't gamble a penny in those casinos
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 02:09 PM) I knew something felt off I had a lot more fun at some salsa cantina spot that had a deal on coronas as opposed to any of the higher end bars in the casinos
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:09 PM) The strip sucks. Unless you work there, anyone who lives in vegas never actually goes there. It's like Times Square
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 02:10 PM) Yeah the clubs were nice but all the bull shit and bars surrounding the pathways of the casinos were all some bull shit
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:10 PM) I found a shit load of ill strip joints about 20 min away and was just chilling there
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 02:23 PM) When I lived in Tucson I used to go to Vegas every year for Interbike. Never really liked it. Not my thing. Rather be in the mountains or on the beach or golf course. the people force handing those flyers are crazy sometimes.
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:43 PM) damn near fell asleep in the jury box lol
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:44 PM) I hope the case drags on as long as it can...trying to minimize being at work as much as possible lol
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:44 PM) I am the opposite. I say right from the get go " If its gotten to this point they must be guilty
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:45 PM) I am gone in 15 minutes everytime
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:46 PM) The judge gave me crap once but I said I was unwilling to tell a lie
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:50 PM) lmfao
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:51 PM) I come from a very political family so I dropped that card thinking that they would excuse me
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:51 PM) I was called to jury duty in AZ after I moved to WI. When I said I moved to WI they said since I still had a AZ DL and owned a home there I had to come. So I said OK come get me nad bring me to the court house. (they are required in AZ to do so if requested). Needless to say I was excused.
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:51 PM) my grandfather was a high ranking judge in NY and so is my uncle currently
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:51 PM) haha thats awesome
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:52 PM) imagine they came and got you
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:52 PM) I would not mind doing it but 40% of my income is either commision or incentive based.
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:53 PM) I already give time to the chamber and other nonprofits
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:53 PM) I would have been pissed.
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:53 PM) yeah I dont blame you
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:53 PM) Although they would have to give me a hotel room and board for that
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:53 PM) my boss is up my ass about not accepting the money they give you
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:53 PM) at least on the days I have to work
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:54 PM) said they'll find me and come arrest me lol
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:54 PM) Could have been a mini vaca
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:54 PM) Isnt it like $4 a day or something?
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:55 PM) I think in AZ it is enough for lunch or something
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:56 PM) $40 here in NYC
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:57 PM) per day
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:57 PM) What is that... Cab fare
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:50 PM) damn well should be
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:53 PM) Sounds like it may not be as bad with Goodson. I could see him ending up with a 4 game suspension for possession, the gun charges probably going to the other guy.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 05:44 PM) WHERE SHOULD I GET DINNER FROM
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 05:49 PM) i'd order a steak from idzik but he'd just give me a hamburger and try to pass it off as steak and when i cought him in the act he'd gie me a million dollars to make up for it
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 05:55 PM) awesome analogy, makes a ton of sense
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 08:31 PM) Are you off your meds again 115?
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:00 PM) 115 is hilarious
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:00 PM) I loled

Here is a thought process more so than a reasonable logic

What if the plan is to resign Revis but we are doing all this dog and pony show for the reason that Revis can gauge the leagues interest in him. I know the reports have said Revis and his agents have not been allowed to speak to other teams but I doubt that is 100 percent accurate. This would allow Revis to see what he can get elsewhere through this process and allow us to see if we can match it.

Just a thought. The fact that the Jets nor camp Revis has said much makes me wonder what is really happening

I thought about this too. However, at this point the Jets have been so blatant (thanks Woody, great tactic) about trading him that I think there is good will damage.

If they had been a little more quiet...but who am I kidding...it's the circus Jests...

Not living in the NY area I may not have the same coverage but I have not heard him say anything. I see reports or "from a source" but never directly from him. We should see sooner than later.

Yeah I remember those workhorses we had before Revis and Holmes. Guys like Andre Dyson, David Barrett, Hank Poteat, and Justin McCareins. Oh yes please, let's go get some workhorses like them to put on this team. They may have been bad players but that doesn't matter because they worked hard and they played for cheap.

No. I mean workhorses like Marting, Glenn, Chrebet, etc. Holmes couldn't hold Wayne Chrebet's jockl strap & Chrebet was mainly considered a 3rd down guy. funny how he he more TD's than Mr. Diva though.

Aaron Glenn was a workhorse too although Revis is definitely more talented. Glenn wasn't trying to act like a diva though. He went out & did his job without crying b!tching and moaning.

As for Harlem's claim regarding Revis.....your opinion means no more than anybody else's right about now to me since you've done nothing but cry about how I said if diva boy Mevis couldn't take reasonable money, then he needs to go. Stop stop your crying already. Nobody cares. He should seriously hire you as his agent since you are so determined to down the team over his diva as$. The Jests? If you feel that way, strap on whatever jersey he ends up with rather than a Jets one. Like I said before......fake as$ fanboys. Simply because they're trading Mevis, suddenly they're the Jests.....roflmao!!
I will not be forgotten. This is my time to shine. I've got the scars to prove it. Only the strong survive.

When someone annoys u, it takes 42 muscles in ur face 2 frown. BUT, it only takes 4 muscles 2 extend ur arm & b!tch-slap that mother@*?!&! upside the head!!

Yeah you are right. Wayne Cherbet does have more TDs than Santonio Holmes. Chrebet has 41 TDs and Holmes has 35 TDs so far. But then again Chrebet played in 60 more games and 4 more seasons than Holmes has. What, you didn't think I could look that up? Those are called facts by the way. Yes Martin, Chrebet, and Glenn were great guys who worked hard. And tell me again how many Super Bowl rings are on their fingers? In fact the only person in this discussion that has one (and a Super Bowl MVP) is the "diva" Santonio Holmes. Having a team full of boy scouts who don't say anything and just do as their told would be nice. Having every player on the team be modest and nice would be great. Because as we all know nice guys always finish first and the good guys always win. I don't care if Darrelle Revis burns down a bunch of trees on Arbor day. As long as he's the best CB in the league and takes away one side of the field. Because in my eyes having a shutdown corner is better than having an okay corner who's a modest guy. I'll take having the best player over having the ideal player.

Not only was a new pope elected today but apparently at some point FlyHi was elected decider of who is and isn't a Jets fan. Reminds me of that America "love it or leave it" nonsense. Oh no you're not allowed to criticize the franchise for making what you think would be a poor decision. Because criticism is a sign of not being loyal or a true fan. I wonder what FlyHi would say if Woody not only re-signed Revis, but also gave him 5% ownership of the team? I bet they'd be the Jests then.

Obey the Dear Leader Woody Johnson or else you be a "fake as$ fanboy." And why the $ sign? You can say ass on this board.

I'm going to be honest. My contempt for Mr Jet is probably as big of a reason as any to root for a Revis trade.
