@AdamSchefter: Drew Rosenhaus said, "Rob Gronkowski has now been cleared by all his doctors to play Sunday in the Jets game."
@AdamSchefter: And so Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski is a go.

It would have helped our ailing secondary if he missed this game, but you'd expect Gronkowski to be ring rusty on Sunday.

Damn man you are one pessimistic guy. :sterb041: Because one guy suits up you say the Jets are going to get destroyed?

If we get destroyed it would be because of Brady and not one tight-end. Yeah the guy is good but it's not like he is unstoppable. Plus you have to take into account that the guy hasn't played all year and he probably wont have his football legs under him for a few weeks. Another thing to take into account is how healed his arm truly is. Obviously it still isn't quite right or it wouldn't have taken so long to get medically cleared and not to mention he wasn't cleared until near the end of the week.Im kind of thinking the doctors felt pressured to clear him but who knows for sure.If his arm isn't really where it should be then one good hit could take him out again. We have seen it before with players coming back to soon.

We might lose or we might win. Who knows. If we do lose it will be from the pass and not the run but the last game we played them it was close and if Geno would have had a better game like in Atlanta the game probably would have been different.

I dont expect this team to make the playoffs this year and though I want the Jets to win as long as the game is very close and we see actual growth by Geno and if he has a game even close to Atlanta I will be ok with it even if we do lose.If the Jets get blown out and Geno has a terrible game then I will be pissed. If Geno turns the ball over less and he can be cut loose to pass more often then the Jets could be in every game this season.

Anyway just saying have some faith brother. The Jets shouldn't have even been .500 at this point so the team is making some progress and above expectations. If the Jets can fix the secondary issues in the offense and Geno does grow a lot this year the Jets could very well be a good to great team next season.

He's been practicing with Brady for a few weeks now. He wasn't cleared to play but I'm sure him and Brady are in sync. Just got to hit him hard and hit him often.

haha I don't blame him his free hand has been broken twice and i'm sure he spent a lot of time with it immobile.
