Azjetfan is the nyjetsfan #1 pick
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:23 AM) He can start day 1 at RT
V DidDy 210 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:24 AM) would he refuse to sign?
V DidDy 210 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:24 AM) i feel like he would
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Yesterday, 11:24 AM) We should go for him
Smedsthejet Icon : (Yesterday, 11:24 AM) Nice value pick to begin day 3
Chadforpresi... Icon : (Yesterday, 11:25 AM) I thought Collins said we'll withdraw if not picked by day 2
Chadforpresi... Icon : (Yesterday, 11:25 AM) But yeah hard to deny the value in getting Petty round 4
V DidDy 210 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:26 AM) i did not expect him or hundley to still be there past round 3 on thursday
V DidDy 210 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:26 AM) so picking him up is great
Mr_Jet Icon : (Yesterday, 11:30 AM) I want to be the first person to say it. "Broadway Bryce"
V DidDy 210 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:30 AM) imagine being a jaguars super fan haha
Chadforpresi... Icon : (Yesterday, 11:37 AM) Damn Vikes got Clemmings, in round 4 he's worth it
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 12:28 PM) Can we get a post with the selections
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 12:40 PM) It's tough to do with iPad but I'll get one started
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 01:01 PM) Jay Ajayi ?
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 01:02 PM) Maybe a Tyrus Thompson?
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 01:22 PM) Phi a took Ajaji
Smedsthejet Icon : (Yesterday, 01:33 PM) Some depth on the line with the Harrison pick
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:43 PM) I read the scouting report for Harrison, the scout said he has probowl talent but has a work ethic concern.
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 03:10 PM) Who the hell is Bryce petty
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 03:20 PM) Tom Pettys brother
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:22 PM) Jets should take Collins with one of their 7th rounders if there
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:22 PM) He has more upside for a 7th rounder than anyone else
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:22 PM) He can start right away at RT
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:29 PM) He said he won't sign
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:32 PM) so he doesn't want to be drafted?
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:33 PM) If Collins doesn't get drafted, he can't enter next years draft. He can only if he is drafted and sits out. So I guess he has to go undrafted
V DidDy 210 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:41 PM) going undrafted makes the most sense for collins
V DidDy 210 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:41 PM) but for teams, drafting him and dealing with his holdout makes more sense
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:19 PM) Zac Stacy was traded to us for our 7th
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:21 PM) Jets also drafted a NT with our other 7th
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:21 PM) 6'4 330 DL who is very strong
V DidDy 210 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:25 PM) zac stacy for a 7th
V DidDy 210 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:25 PM) well can't complain about that
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Yesterday, 04:29 PM) So we have 4 rbs now
V DidDy 210 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:31 PM) still would have rather taken a runner on collins but i can't complain with depth
V DidDy 210 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:32 PM) i mean they can't expect to carry 4 rb though no?
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 05:50 PM) Collins would have been a waste. He would not have signed. At least we have something to show for our pick. Worst case scenario is we trade or release one of our backs.
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 05:56 PM) I know it's hard to tell without seeing a win loss record yet but this regime seems really on point.
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 05:56 PM) For the first time in my life I can say I feel comfortable with the people making the decisions.
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 05:57 PM) I was close with Parcells but he seemed like a short term fixer and didn't care about the long term
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Yesterday, 06:57 PM) SUCK FOR THE DUCK
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Yesterday, 06:57 PM) .......oh wait
santana Icon : (Today, 01:13 AM) Well that was a disappointment
Chadforpresi... Icon : (Today, 01:24 AM) I like getting Stacy for our 7th rounder, assuming he can handle the fact he won't be a feature back (yikes)

Salas, Sudfeld and Nelson!

"Hah? Who is that? Is that a law firm?" 'No! They are the names of new players on the NY Jets."

"But, where did they come from?" "I do not know, but it seems Idzik and the Jets are Belichicking!"

"What? What is Belichicking?" "Belichicking is when you have injuries and instead of coming up with excuses, you pick up guys that step in and help you win."

"Oh, I get it. The Jets never really had that. In the past, when guys got hurt, we sort of hung it up like in 1999, when Vinny Testaverde went down in the first game and our season was over!" "Exactly!"

Well Jets fans, so far we have to like what we see. Holmes is out, no problem. Winslow is suspended, no problem! Jeff Cumberland has a concussion, no problem. Kerley's elbow is dislocated, no problem. Sanchez is out, no problem. Actually we say, "best thing that happened to Rex! lol

Idzik and the scouting team seem to find guys and plug them in and win! Finally, it seems we have a smart, football guy leading the Jets. Oh, and guess what? As a by-product, Rex may have saved his job. It also looks like Marty Mornhinweg is perfect to nurture and bring up Geno Smith. I like about 90% of his play calling. That's a big increase from the 20% I liked about Sparano's and the 40% I liked from Schottenheimer!

Last Sunday, the Jets beat the 6-1, first place New Orleans Saints. After a rough Jets start going down 14 -6, the NY Jets adjusted on both sides of the ball and took over the game. Although the final score was 26-20, it really wasn't that close as the Jets had a 9 point lead for most of the second half.

The defense put pressure on Drew Brees and the offensive lines opened up some big holes for Chris Ivory to run through. It's what Parcells always states, you win the game in the trenches. The Jets defensive and offensive lines both dominated most of the game. This is one of the elite teams in the NFL the Jets beat. Geno managed the game very well and didn't commit any turnovers while the Saints had two.

It was a very good win and a sign that the Jets art maturing and have good coaches on both sides of the ball. And, lets not forget Mr. Nick Folk! He is having an unbelievable year.

However, a big disappointment is Stephen Hill! This should be his time to shine. He said he wants to be the primary receiver this year. Well, with Holmes, Kerley, Winslow, Cumberland all out of last Sunday's game, he was nowhere to be found! Instead it was the law firm of Salas, Sudfeld and Nelson making plays! It's so disappointing he hasn't stepped up!

Let's get some rest and beat up on Buffalo next. The Jets have a chance to win 10 games and make the playoffs. I will have to eat my words, but that is OK, it will not be the first time! Go JETS!

Sorry Kelly but imo you totally struck out with this topic. I cant say 100% for sure but Im pretty positive most if not all the other Jets fans feel the same on this.

While we all wish we had the success the Pats have had we all cant stand Brady and Belichick. Especially with Brady and Belichick being pricks.

I cant speak for others but with the constant cheating scandals, and them covering up Hernandez two prior investigations of possible prior murders, dirty play, and with the way Belichick screwed the team and left the team with an a$$hole note that he quit without telling anyone I feel quite sure there is a lot of hate from most Jets fans and the last thing we want to be compared to is that team. Sure we want to destroy the Pats and have the same kind of success but we want to do it by building our own franchise players.

Anyway just my two cents.

I'm there with you. That franchise is so scummy...especially belicheck. That guy comes off as a real POS.

It's not Belluchumping anyway. If anything, i can be referred to as Parcelling if she really wants to go back because when we had guys go down under Parcells we filled the gaps just as easily. Hell....Vinny & My Favorite Martin were both just signed to the Jets in '98 so they were pretty much plug-ins themselves and we went to the AFC Title game.
I will not be forgotten. This is my time to shine. I've got the scars to prove it. Only the strong survive.

When someone annoys u, it takes 42 muscles in ur face 2 frown. BUT, it only takes 4 muscles 2 extend ur arm & b!tch-slap that mother@*?!&! upside the head!!
