Jets were pathetic today. Our WRs were Nelson, Hill (complete bust), and Salas. Holmes didn't even play much, can't wait for him to get released.

This secondary sucks as well, let 1 play get ran over and over again for Tannehill and did nothing to stop it.

Anyone who actually thought that Simms was the savior cause they don't realize that the O is horrendous because of ZERO FUCKIN TALENT at WR and the OL being absolutely atrocious this season

We have a huge problem at QB. I hate to say I miss Sanchez but at this point he would be an upgrade compared to the two we have now. Not that the QB is the only issue but it is the biggest. I assume with all the cap money we will have we will be attacking the FA market like a fat man at the buffet line. If we will only be building via the draft it will be a loooonnnnggggg time before we are relevant again.

No one thought Simms was the savior. But you are delusional in not thinking Geno is a problem. he was missing WIDE OPEN receivers in that first half and was given very good protection.

I would start Simms next week, give him a week to get ready for the game with the 1s and see what he can do. If nothing else you are giving him game experience as a backup.

I agree with starting Simms next week. Geno was horrid. Probably the worst game of the year. Not only would we give Simms some experience but also we would show the Defense we are not throwing away the year. They have to be frustrated.

I wouldnt call Matt the savior, but dam if he isnt a better option than Gina. Past few games, Gina looks defeated before the 1st snap! At LEAST Matt comes out looking optimistic! Matt LOOKS confident & not scared to sling it. I am DEF ready for Matt over Gina!

This may go down like a lead balloon, but the offense needs to ride on the running game more. It doesn't necessarily need a return to 'ground and pound', but the major issue yesterday was the fact we couldn't keep the defence off the field.

Run the ball, make third downs more manageable and short enough that they don't know we're in passing mode and we should be able to stop the three and out syndrome.

By half time the defence was gassed, even though Miami only led by a pair of field goals at that point and the time of possession statistics were embarrassing.

I don't think Simms is the savior, but Gino has me scratching my head... I understand our receivers are sub-par but when they do get WIDE open you have to make that throw.

I would like to see Simms start with the #1's while they are fresh and if he stinks it up, I guess we need more than one QB next year... 3 ?

Our Defense for putting up wit this shitty offense for the last few years

i gotta agree with the concensus,Simms should definetly start the game, everytime he comes on the field and even when he's warming up he just oozes confidence,he's not afraid to fuckin sling it,and since Favre we havent had someone who's just gonna throw it in there and let his recievers work... babying the QB is what got everyone complaining bout Sanchez, now theyre doing the same thing to Geno... not to say our o-line isnt spectacular but shit,i think everyone agrees the guy with more confidence should definetly start the game...
