Actually, we went 0-26 over 2 seasons, finally pulling out a win. Those were our first 26 games as a franchise. The old days of Coach McKay. He used to have some of the best one-liners like: Well we didn't run very well, but we made up for it by not run blocking, either. Its the past like that, that teaches you to appreciate the wins when they come. Like 1997-2002
and like now.
If you think I am not going to celebrate that my Bucs, the ultimate underdog, are currently the only 4-0 team in the NFC, you are wrong. I don't care about the combined record of the teams I have beaten. We beat them. It was close? I don't care. We won, that is what a good team does, wins when they are supposed to. So you guys can bring up the past all day long, but don't forget about the present. This isn't the 2002 Jets vs. the 2004 Buccaneers. This is our 4-0 team (high on confidence, momentum, and talent) against your 1-3 team.
