Age 14. 5'4 I think I have about a couple more inches to grow. Sincei last joined this site I grew 6 inches.

I weigh about 135. I am trying to eat a lot to get more weight on me then work out to turn it into muscle. Because i really want to be an all-pro football player.I also want to play football for PSU I think i told you that before when you were IHateHataz.

Oh yea that's right. Well eat alot of carbs. and lift weights. Stay away from hot foods and things that speed up your metabolism.

just before my 12th birthday i was a size 7. I was 5 foot 3 and about 106 pounds. I think i was about stage 3 at that time
