Posted 11 Mar 2014hopefully somewhere in the range of a 4 year 12-15 mill contract. But nice signing. He's earned his contract. Always confident he's gonna make his kicks.
Posted 20 Feb 2014I am not a Decker fan. I think he may be inflated having played with Manning. Because of stats he will command a bigger payday than what his actual worth is.
I would be interested in decker, but I don't think I'd want him at Mike wallace money. Decker is legit however, with tim tebow throwing him the ball in his second season he caught 8 TD's and had 700 yards or something if my memory is correct. I remember reading somwhere that he was more productive than demaryous Thomas as well in their second seasons. I'm on my phone so don't feel like looking it up but if you have watched the guy consistently, you'd have no doubt that he's a legitimate passing target. Not that you said he wasn't.
Posted 17 Dec 2013Maybe in 2010 or 2011... and that's still using a pretty damn loose interpretation of the term "game breaker."
I'm all for signing Maclin, but he's a #2. They need to draft a play-making WR in the first two rounds.
Maclin was legit before he got injured, and Nicks is a very talented WR. He just so happens to be catching balls from eli manning who has been absolutely terrible this year. Eli Manning is costing Nicks a big pay day, some team will get him at a nice price (as long as he can stay healthy). I don't like britt, the guy just seems like he doesn't care all that much. Don't need those kind of guys on your roster when you are trying to re-tool a team.
Posted 17 Dec 2013Everyone who pays attention to betting lines knew the dolphins were winning that game. Odds makers were begging for people to hop on the patriots. They are one of the most over rated teams in the NFL this year. They aren't nearly as good as their record shows. They just so happen to be playing in a division with 2 rookie QB's and a 2nd year QB. Not to mention, that the 3 teams in their divisions have average, at best, rosters. They can no longer win shoot outs, and brady just hasn't been all that great this year. Blame it on his pass catchers all you want, I don't care, but he just doesn't look like the same guy. He still has decent stats, but he isn't going to carry the patriots this year. They have got really lucky the last month, they could easily be on a 5 game losing streak right now. They just keep catching the right breaks at the right time. The stole wins from the texans, browns, and broncos. If you guys watched those games, each time the ending had you wondering how in the hell did they pull that off. A wins a win, but the patriots have been very fortunate. Luck and last second onside kicks recoveries wont win you a superbowl.
