Topics I've Started
Posted 8 Oct 2013watching the sunday night game last week with new England vs. Atlanta. I noticed that nbc kept showing the patriot's defenders mugging, grabbing and holding tony gonzalez with double teams in the 4th quarter. first thing I said to my kid was "can you do that? ok lets see next Monday when atl. plays the jets". It seemed clearly illegal.
so the jets decide to do the same thing with gonzalez last night and got flagged every time. new England not even once. Im convinced that new England's success over a past decade is not contributed to just their play on the field, but a huge percentage of nfl "help". what gets me is along with these corrupt refs, you have these networks play dumb. so what's good for the patriots is not good for other teams. for the pats it was "great defense", for the jets "holding". I'm just saying.
Posted 21 Apr 2013now that they have picks 9 and 13 what should they do?
maybe warmack or millner if they drop to 9? (unlikely)
mingo/ansah/jordan at 9 upon availability?
draft for need at 13 or move down from 13?
Posted 19 Dec 2012with all that has happened this season, butt fumbles, santonio giving up a pick on the way to the ir and even a free 2 minute drill beginning at the titan's 25 yd line only to boot it away. there was one jet who had incredible insight.
DREW STANTON. the minute the team lied to him and brought in tebow he demanded a trade immediately.
what a genius to see doo-doo on the road and actually avoid it.
